Domain Name Question

Hi everyone

Just a quick hello, and a quick question, I've been lurking for a short while and decided the best way to learn was to dive in head first and start asking questions and getting things going.

I've built many sites before, but none related to affiliates or egaming.

So I am starting at step 1, domain name purchase. I've already got a hosting package and need the domain.

How important is the domain name, let me ask it like this:

• We all know it's best to have a domain name with niche-related keywords, but is just 1 keyword sufficient, or does it need to dominate the domain name? ie. casinoslots.com vs johnscasinoslotreviews.com
• How about 2 word domains vs 3 word domans vs 4 word domains?
• I know it's not the be-all and end-all, but is it worth sacrificing a 2 word domain for a .co.xx (where xx is the players location) and rather going for a 3 word domain to get that "magical" .com TLD?

I know these can all be worked around, but as this is my first attempt, I would like to try and get started off on the right foot.
