Delayed Payments

Unfortunately, due to technical issues payments for May have not been processed as of yet. We are working on resolving the issue ASAP.

Payments are normally made between the 13th-17th of the month, but we will not be able to meet this time frame this month.

Do you make payments for Red Returns casinos also? ...because I'm a bit confused right now.

Hi Jopaa,

No we do not make payments for the Red Returns Casino's as of yet. They currently still operate off their own tracking, site and system, and process their own payments. We will only be taking over this process when the migration has been completed, so payments will most likely only be made from Fortune Affiliates in August. But we will keep you informed of the progress along the way.

That's true but what can you do, nothing. Just have to accept it that they do pay. Besides, I think if you check the T&C's you'll find they (FA) say they will pay sometime up to the 20'th day of each month. So at this point they are not late in payment

Yes we do realize that payments also were delayed last month, and we do realize that dependable payments are key, which is why this issue has top priority for us.
Bet4You is also correct in stating that our T&C's state by the 20th.

Payments have been released as of this morning. Depending on your selected payment method most of you will have received payment instantaneously, only wire payments have an estimated 3-5 working days processing time.
