IMPORTANT - New Afffiliate System
Dear Affiliates

We are excited to inform you that Deckmedia is getting a new affiliate system!

After changing to a new system back in 2012 we have taken on board all of your feedback over the years and put together a new improved system, which will make your lives a whole lot easier when checking reports, collecting tools, creating links and generally managing your account.

Important things that you need to know

• The new system will go live October 5th
• There will be a 24 hour downtime during October 4th/5th while the switch takes place. In this time everything will still be tracked
• You do not need to change your affiliate links; however you are welcome to do so if you wish. All old links will continue to track as normal
• The new system will only track new data from October 1st, so we kindly ask you to export any old reports that you wish to keep. Please do this before 00.01am October 4th when the old system is cut off
• A new password link will be emailed to you to access the new system October 5th. Your username will remain the same.

Thanks. I hope not, but they are very reputable (IMO).. so I don't think it will affect us that way. I hate when old data goes away, though That sucks. Especially for them considering I don't get paid until I have a $1000 USD balance. So - on October 5th, I guess I have no history to see where I am at and when I was paid in the past.

Would also be nice if they let us know WHICH system... IA, Netrefer, ... ?

I am worried too... A lot of times when programs say they are moving to a "better" back-end - all too often it turns out to be much WORSE than what they had before...

Keeping my fingers crossed that Deckmedia actually are going to an improved system...

Hopefully it's IA, NetRefer, or eGass, or something that allows for the use of dynamic sub-ids. Anything without dynamic campaigns is pretty much useless for me anymore, and programs without this feature are getting less and less exposure on my sites.

I actually like the deckmedia backend.. I hope the new one is really 'better'.. That said, they have been amazing with payments as of lately. Payments usually sent out on the first day of the month and received a few days later.

I always appreciate when a program is the first to pay, especially when it is weeks ahead of everyone else. Hope they are just improving and really do keep up the good work.

I couldn't agree more. I personally liked the backed and the payments here have been super fast lately. I also hope they keep up the good work and the new system is an upgrade, not the other way around.

Hi Guys

You can expect a better backend. The area where you grab tools has the biggest change. Affiliates have found it very hard to find tools over the past few years.

Calculations of earnings are exactly the same as before, nothing changes. Deposits - Withdraws - Chargebacks x X% = earnings

Dynamic tracking will come in the near future.

ETA again! The download link doesn't work, mine goes to a 'runtime error' page

ETA a third time - yay! My download link now works, I think it takes a minute for some new campaigns to activate.

Yeah so far I'm liking the new backend. Not bad at all!

Apart from the layout, I can't really see that it's much different to what they had before...

One thing I would really like to see - is to be able to merge all my old campaigns into just 3 or 4 per brand.
After working with them for 8 years I have ended up with dozens (maybe even 100's?) of different trackers.

BTW, the back-end is down right now - some sort of migration going on...

I can't log in with my ID and PW and when I request a reset the link takes me to error page

I had the same problem - couldn't log in.
I had to do the "reset password" thing - and now I can log in.
Was a bit odd though, because the reset page asked for my e-mail, but when logging in I still had to use my original username.

Indeed - still very little in the way of monthly reporting, account details etc.
Functional site but minimal information.
