I've found this term in some t&c casinos of GIG and some casinos running under their white label platform:

20.3 As a policy the Company will not disclose any personal information to anyone other than those employees that need access to your data to provide you with a service and to our third party providers who undertake Checks on our behalf. We may also share your personal data within our group of companies (companies directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the Company, having at least 50% common ownership with the Company or owning 50% of the issued share capital of the Company) to inform you of changes, new services and promotions that we think you may find interesting. If you do not wish to receive such direct marketing data, you may opt out of such service by contacting the support team at customercare@rizk.com

Is this some carte blanche to cross sell? And do players remain tagged in case they're cross selled to another GIG brand?

Hi!

Thanks for asking!

These T&Cs are a part of the casino brands itself.

It’s a permission to cross-sell our products to churned players, and if this is something that is communicated to affiliated players, they will automatically be tagged to the correct affiliate that referred them, on the respective revenue share.

Hope this clears things up a bit?

Best regards,
Jacob

That sounds good. I assume then that the cross-selling is just with brands that share the same program, hence the others have other people that have more than 50% share?

Hi again!

Yes, that is correct. Only between brands that are on the same actual affiliate program.

Best regards,
Jacob
