I am looking to register a marketing company in Malta. As I am not based there, I would like some help from anyone that has already been through that if you could refer a law firm that I can contact for assistance.

Why not an EMI like Sata?

Well, Google at Satabank in Google News.

Accounts are frozen. People can't withdraw their money, can't do payments, etc. Consumers have no protection up to € 100.000,00. Etc.

Some banks in Malta even have a policy to not accept people that are/were banking at Satabank.

A business should not rely on just one account being an eMoney account in my opinion.
