I have got hold of him but things does not feel 100%. They are avoiding questions and when I asked about my stats they turned off those columns I asked about. It might be a coincidence but I doubt it somehow. Still waiting for an answer to the stats-issue. Maybe I'll get an explanation soon. We'll see..

Still very slow communication. Waiting for a payment for over a month and they told me it was paid when it was not. They are obviously stalling. Not answering questions I ask them through email, have to remind them over and over again. Really starting to lose my patience here.

KK, what stats are you able to see in the CP? Can you still see bonus cost, bank fee, cashback, licence fee and gross? Those columns got removed and now I see only Net Rev instead of them.

Those columns were romoved from my account 1-2 weeks ago and would like to know if it's just me or if they did that on all accounts.

I was contacting VS myself, because since November their figures did not add up - the reason was that the UK Gaming Tax had not been included in the fees, even though it WAS being deducted from the Net Rev before calculating commission.

I too noticed that those columns had gone :mad:, and when I queried it, I was told (by Philip) that they would soon be changing to a new affiliate system, and that is why they have removed those fields.
To be honest, it all sounds like a cock & bull story to me and I'm pretty unhappy with how they are behaving since Lucas left.

The problem with Video Slots as I see it, is that they are so generous to their players, that after bonuses, cash back and then all their very large fees are deducted, that affiliates are left getting their percentage of only a tiny fraction of the deposits the casino receives. (In March my commission was only just over 1% of the total deposited amount).
As a player myself, I am happy to see them treating their players so well. But as an affiliate promoting them, it does concern me how little commission I am earning from the level of deposits achieved.

Having said that, I really appreciate that they DID show all the deposits and costs (unlike most other casinos), and it will be a big disappointment to me if this data is not available on their new system. :(

Hopefully it will all come out in the wash - if not, I will definitely be seeking them out at AAC to discuss these issues...
