Contact and withdrawal problems

    It my first post so Hi everybody.
    I have got a problem and I would be grateful if anybody could help ;)


    Does anybody know how to contact affiliatelounge.com ?
    I have been test-promoting them for about a month and I have two problems:
    1) My Account Manager is all the time off-line and every massage that is left to him has no response. I have tried to contact other Managers but still with no responds.
    I am thinking about writing to Affiliate Director or calling them - do you think it might help?

    2) I have problems with making my first withdrawal - when I choose "payment method" then "Change payment details" and fill the needed data nothing changes - I mean I do not have any any payment methods pending or current.


    My question for affiliatelounge.com affilates:
    1) how do you make your withdrawals ?
    2) when is the "paying day" or how it works ?
    3) did you receive any contact from them? If yes can you tell me by whom?

    Hi,

    Thanks for trying to help.
    I did manage to contact ;D , I was trying to write to account managers but none of them was able to write back in normal time (it's pass 3 days from my e-mail and I don't have response from them) .

    However I did get answer from :
    info @ affiliatelounge.com and they helped me.
    The told me also that my manager is on vacation and is going to be back in the next week - it's about 1,5 month of vacation without any other manager to place him!

    To be honest I don't like very affilatelounge way of treating new affiliates - slow response, problems with contact, but I have to point out that maybe only I might be so unlucky and I still do want to promote with them.

    I have generally heard that their as a company are very positive and non-problematic and that working with them is a good decision.

    To make my post clear :)

    I very like their affiliate program, especially that they have betsson as a partner because advertising their casino is for my comfortable for mainly two reasons:
    1) you don't have to download software
    2) you can have registration link that directly hits registration form

    The revenue share is also attractive for my point of view and you can see that they are working with some "big sharks" - you can see it by their revenue levels.
    So in my opinion their program is very good but they have to work a little bit on contact.

    Thanks for your post, sorry thats its not gone well for you, I can honestly say its not usually the way it goes :( regarding contact if your personal affiliate manager is not appearing online please leave a message and this goes directly to the Affiliate Lounge support inbox.

    We try to get responses to our partners and close all cases within 24 hours, your mail was received on the 1st at 3.22pm and answered on the 3rd at 10.58am, not ideal I admit, my apologies. Regarding withdrawals and your Betsson payout account I believe that the information you need to get your funds send has been received now, but let us know if you get stuck at any point.

    I will also have a chat with your manager when he returns and get him to contact you to give you assistance and a jump start relating to whats hot, and the promo's that we have on for your targeted players to aid conversion and revenues.

    Hi Stuart,

    Thank you very much for getting involved in my case, I appreciate that.
    If it is about mails I have to let you know that I was satisfacted with quality of contacting to the generally support - I mean those 2 days to answer were fast and the information were helpfully.

    But I had problems with contacting account managers, for example I left massage for my account manager and it wasn't forwarded anywhere - I guess that because I hadn't had answer for about a month, I tried to contact other managers but still with the same result.
    So if you could consider it I would be gratefully.

    I know that I am new affiliate and I didn't bring you big revenue for now, but I'm going to ;)

    I DON'T say and DON'T think that affilatelouge.com is not worth joining, in fact I think it is VERY GOOD.
