This gyu Marius sends newletters out with promos twice a week, but have never replied to any of my mails. Added him on skype almost 2 months ago, and absolutely no accept or reply to any of my messages.
First month commission was low as 122 euro comething but they didnt even pay them, even they promise its done within 1 week of the month.
Aweful treatment. Recommend everybody to stay away!

I hope this will be resolved soon. We had some conversations with Marius over Skype, some late replies yes. Usually he responded after some days.

Hi again.
So after almost 2 months with no reply or payment.. A single post here made him answer me on Skype. Told me that Skrill and NETELLER is not an option for now, and he will try to pay it on wire soon.
I really dont regret that i made this post. Being totally ignored, and have to post in order to have a response is just not good enough.

They could have told me regarding payment problems before the outstanding balance went overdue.

i can see on Askgamblers that im not the only one being treated like that.. and thats the problem when there only is 1 guy in charge of affiliates.
Im to old for this chasing game so i have pulled them off website - like i always do in a very early stage when the first couple of months turns out to be like this.
So just to give you a status right now..
- They dont pay within 1 week
- They dont pay to Neteller or Skrill
- They only wire you when you manage to breakthrough (or at least promise to wire).
Everyone needs a second chance if they just started.. but i think they need more time and people before that would be an option.

I don't want to take sides but i know Marius a long time. Therefore i can only speak for myself.

Marius has always answered immediately or within a few hours so i ask myself why there is a problem with your communication. I can't imagine that he don't answer or ignore messages.

Whatever the reason was/is i'm sure he will solve. Can be that there some things not running so smoothy how it should be. I had also some in the past.

The payment options and their providers are in fact a great problem for some companies. New regulations and license terms prevent unfortunately more and more uncomplicated payments that did not exist in the past. Neteller & Skrill and credit cards are the best example.

The terms of payment are becoming more and more problematic not only for the companies themselves but also for us affiliates and customers.

This should not be a reason or excusion for your problem. It's only an explanation what challenges the casinos face regarding payments.

But i'm with you that this should be sorted out.

Sorry for the late reply.

Things really changed after we finally got contacted.
payments were done asap and questions answered fast on Skype..

So when you are “in the circle” you are satisfied :) just took me more than enough time to get the breakthrough

A bit sad that sometimes we need to use third parties in order to have aff managers respond/take our issues seriously, but glad it's sorted out ragardless! Perhaps in some cases it is a matter of lacking enough human resources...or lacking the human part in resources :)

Now here after some months.. i would actually like to say that Marius from that moment has responded within almost seconds on my requests.. and payments are done quick in a automated flow as they should. I was just pissed off back then, but today i can't say a bad thing at all.
