Another program with retroactive term changes.

"A new policy we will be implementing as of January 1st, 2018 is if you have not brought at least 3 RMP (real money players) in 6 months, your revenue share commission rate will be reduced to 10%."

While I was not thrilled when I got the email I will say this: I have had terms with no notice at all and had to fight Sportsbook to get 1/2 of my commission, I was locked out of Partner Gaming (Linesmaker) with not even an email when they changed my terms and was told I would not get my almost $3000 which they owed me ( thanks to AGD working on my behalf I got the full amount they owed me), and Bookermaker making crazy demands in their (then) new terms; so Commission bz giving a 3 moth notice and making the new terms at least do-able... I don't know, I guess it's just another sign of the apparent affiliate apocalypse. I like the affiliate team over there and will continue to promote them.

Hmmm this new term is no good. I can understand if it applies to new affiliates signing up but shouldn't apply for the exiting affiliates. I have emailed Pete and Justin about this, lets see what they say.

Can I just say one thing?

I have a feeling that AGD will be in a good space now that LCB has Mel on the case.

If there is a person you don't want chasing you down for any reason its Mel ..

Shes a tiger and is ferocious in her pursuit of whats fair and good .. I have no doubt that LCB will take on "The bad guys " head on. and it most cases win

Yea, you bring up a valid point, being "grandfathered in" should be the way to go when terms change. I'm interested in learning what Cb tells you.
Who actually makes the changes in the terms? I mean, do the managers sit in a smoked filled room and decide this stuff, or is there a CEO on the other end dictating all the moves of the affiliate program.
If I could squeeze in one more question without getting off track. Maybe all situations are different, but is the affiliate program and the sportsbook/casino one in the same or is the program sort of contracted out to handle the affiliate end?

My thoughts exactly.
