Hi ,

We really need your help and advice.
Commission365 owe us a near amount of 10k US dollars. This is our commission coming back from November 2014.

I have contacted Shane the affiliate manager and he have reassured me with tens of emails that we will get paid and that i should not be worried , months and weeks passed with nothing happening , always the same excuse that payments have been processed etc etc.

Honestly Commission365 was never acting in this way and i really don't know what happened with them and they are acting like this now. We are bringing to them a gross revenue near 10k per month.

I would appreciate if someone could help us on getting paid. I feel very sad needing to make this public as we really dont want to ruin our relationship with commission365 , but it is been since November 2014!

Thanks and looking forward for your comments.

Regards,

Ari

What do you expect? Sympathy? Now you know how they treat the players that you refer to them that have a win and try to withdraw. This has been known for a couple of years yet now you ignored it and worked with them anyway.

You don't give a toss what happens to the players you refer as long as you get your money?
You should go far... off a short pier preferably.

I'm not taking sides here so please keep me out of the finger pointing, thanks :)

The OP has a valid point. Commission365 is AGD certified.

If things have changed at Commission365 since this seal was awarded, then the program needs re-assessing. Exactly what should happen, when and if, an accredited program changes its status qou.

If you believe Commission365 shouldn't be accredited, then take it up with Guard Dog.

But I don't think it's fair to attack the OP... just sayin!

Dear Bet4You,

Thank you very much for getting my point!

I would like to press the reset button here folks as really this has nothing to do with any problems between us.

1. Any affiliate who doesn't respect its Players is really a lunatic and surely do not belong in our industry.
2. Affiliation brands who do not respect its affiliates for the hard work , for the dreams that we all do for a better future for us and our families then THEY don't have place in our industry.
3. We all should be united , this is the only way to get rid off scam affiliations and put our industry where it belongs and that is on the top of the mountain!

Once again thank you all for your participation , positive or negative responses are more than welcome as we all live in Democracy!

Regards,

Ari

Hi Aristos,

I didn't read any emails from you re: this point - I will check into spam and see if your emails are there.

With emails not always being the most reliable communication vehicle please reach out to me on Skype. My skype account is: ShaneAddinall

As for outstanding payments the last payment amount I submitted for you in January is less than half the amount you claim in your post? I will follow up on the processing of this amount as it was submitted to finance with the previous payment run.

I am not including February commission in this conversation as that month is not anywhere near due yet.

All the best,
Shane

Hi Aristos,

I see your follow up emails did end up in spam - again with regards that email string to the best of my knowledge the amount owing was that which we processed for January, all you should not have received at this point is February.

If that is not the case please let me know.

Shane

Dear Shane,

I have also sent you an email as we need to chat in Skype , by the way i have tried many times reaching you on Skype , but always unsuccesfully.

Regarding the commission you owe us is the following :

November 2014 -Amount $3932.75
December 2014 -Amount $3730.19
January 2015 -Amount $772.02
February 2015 -Amount $2503.24

TOTAL = $10,938.2

Lets say that February still wasn't processed you should pay us up to January the amount of $8,434.96

Was the above processed ?

Regards,

Ari

Ari seeing as you know nothing about playing at casinos, yet you continue to market them for the cash, I highly recommend that you go and search at Casinomeister, and go search a few of the other reputable review sites. There aren't very many so it should not take you long. Acquaint yourself with how these guys take months to pay players in tiny dribs and drabs. They are the same crooks that once stole the progressive jackpot winnings from a woman in South Africa. You should not be surprised then to find them delaying payment to you.

I do agree that these guys should not be certified here. They may look after affiliates, although your case begs to differ, but they certainly do not do the right thing by players.

Dear Vladi,

Thank you for your comments as i said all negative or positive comments are very welcome.

I really fail to understand your point. What does the casino players has to do with the subject of the specific topic ?
This Topic is all about commission not getting paid by a Certified Guard Dog Affiliation.

Let me tell you this as am in this industry for ages and although i don't gamble i know very well the risks and the consequences of gambling.
I don't believe that is my job to know if the online casinos are treating THEIR players fair or not. A Casino player it is responsible to do the homework and then decide to gamble or not to the specific casino brand.

Dear Vladi let me add something else , specifically we are not individuals we are a company , with employees - these employees friend Vladi do not eat GRASS! neither their families , neither their children. Salaries needs to be paid therefore as far as affiliations are paying us good and they comply with our agreement then we are happy! It is up the casino player to decide to Gamble or not to specific brands .

Clearing the matter up NOT under circumstances we cover or accept or we approve Casino Brands cheating or stealing Casino players and YES we care about our casino players.

Thanks!
