Hi,

I want my affiliate account closed because a few weeks, statistics will not work on me, or malfunctioning.
But I was told that if I fenced my account my remaining commissions will not be paid because I have not exceeded $ 200 and it would keep the commissions for them.
I can not find in their conditons, if veridict.

Thank you for your help

what is wrong with the stats?

During one month, I not had any click or downloading the software nevertheless as I put their banner prominently.
Also I did a test, I clicked on the banner on several occasions and download their software during the month and nothing is recorded in the statistics.
The stats were 0 for the month of July

I've found Go Wild's visit and download stats to be useless. The sign up and revenue stats are, I believe, accurate, but the visits/downloads are embarrassingly inaccurate. Go Wild have confirmed to me that they cannot give me any download stats - "Download" status can be populated only if we implement from our side a pixel tracking but unfortunately, at the moment, we have the possibility to do that with big campaigns only"

Hello All,

I would like to take the opportunity to clear up of few things and to elaborate more on this specific account.

As can be read in our Terms and Conditions, to be more specific in paragraph 6.11, we do not pay an affiliate when the revenue share earnings are below $200. Since September 2012 this account has stopped generating any earnings and no sign ups came in. Hence, our reply to the affiliate to push (some) traffic to get this account over the $200 mark, so we can process this payment.

In one of the earlier posts it is mentioned that GoWild will, after closing the account, be the only party benefiting from these players. But as just stated above, the account has been dormant for 11 months now.

As for the clicks, impressions and download column in our online affiliate reports. These are default columns that are fixed in this (Microgaming operated) system. The banner tags our affiliates use for tracking are not imbedded with a tracking mechanism that tracks any of these. For this to be tracked, we have to implement "pixel-tracking" which is pretty time consuming, so not something we offer as a standard. However, if pixel-tracking is desired, drop us an email at affiliates@gowildcasino.com and we will be more than happy to look into setting this up for you.

We are always around to assist and available almost 24/7, so do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Regards,
GoWild Casino

Hi,

Of course, the account was inactive. I explain to Radu Birsan the sites were sold, so the fact it is no longer I who manages casinos promotions on these sites.
I create a new site recently, only a few months, I contacted your service to see if you can provide me with a banner promotions permettera to have new players depositing in return I insert for one month a banner of your casino hard all pages of the sites. In return, the statistics there was no click, no new players, while other banners of other affiliate services, I then depositing new players as well as their banners are visible on only one page of the site. Or your banner was visible over 100 pages and no convertion.
Concerning the terms and conditions, you speak of pay commissions every month. It is not written in your terms & conditions if the firm is affiliated account loses with remaining commissions
That is why I want my affiliate account is closed and that the commission is still paid me.

Best Regards

I'm in the same situation: not 1 single player in more than 2 years of promoting and for months Go Wild's banner was top spotted on my website.

This is the only Microgaming that doesn't convert on my websites and this is VERY strange!

not to hyjack Casey's issue but while the topic is active,

1: text links - are there any, I just pull it off a banner as I could never find one.
2: Non-Cash Items - I'm assuming that's bonuses, welcome, retention, vip etc?
