Anyone know them? (Class1Casino - PlayTech)

They have 25% base net rev-share (up to 40%) and no negative carry-over. Haven't checked their T&C yet.

They used to be a rogue casino named Maxima Casino. They renamed themselves a few years ago.

I have no idea if they are good now or not.

Class1 Casino has made many good changes.
I.e. players must not take bonuses anymore,
Withdrawals are faster now.

My partner is a player at Class1 and since these changes he plays there again, he managed to cashout 2 times since then, there was no problem at all, he got his money in a timely manner.
He told the live chat at Class1 that he does not want to play with bonuses, and so he does not get them anymore automatically.

As for the affiliate program, I never had a problem there.
My Affiliate manager Gaia is always there for me if I need anything and she updates me with news, promos and such.

Received my affiliate commission always.
And I like that they have no negative carry over.

I am promoting Class1 Casino for a few weeks now, conversions aren't great yet but it's just been a few weeks, my AM is very fast in replying. Payments are received around the 8th of each month, without the need to remind them like others in this business.

Never any issues, payments are always processed before 10th each month...in most of the cases within the first week. Affiliate manager is great.
Wouldn't even think of how Maxima was...imho they're a good solid operation these days.

So. There's been some discussion on Casinomeister that Class1 supposedly pocketed 80% of a network wide jackpot a player won and only paid him 5k of the 37k won.
Took down banners until I get some kinda knowledge what the hell happened.
Sounds really worrying. Anyone have better information on this one?
It's really really insane they'd pull a stunt like this after building up a solid operation.

Wow I just read the whole thing over at CM - absolutely unbelievable. I wasnt aware this casino had a maximum cashout of 5k - with Playtech jackpots in the millions that is insane. So they pocket anything over 5k? Ive played there myself, oblivious to the fact they could steal all my winnings. They certainly wont see my custom again and they will be coming down off my pages.

As far I read this issue posted at CW was in December 2010.
In Feb 2011, Class1 has announced these changes.

  • All games count for playing with bonuses
  • Transparent and automatic Wagering
  • Players can decide to play with or without bonuses
  • No more cashout limits
  • 200% First deposit bonus
  • Ultrafast withdrawal
  • Player-friendly withdrawal procedure
  • New upcoming VIP loyalty program

Since then my partner plays again at Class1, and he does not get bonuses anymore automatically added. He just did live chat one time know that he does not like that, and they have opted him out from this auto bonuses.

I don't know if this max. cashout rule still applies now, but as long can player decide to play with or without bonus, I find it ok. Since there is sure not such a max. cashout rule if you play without bonus.

Imho it really doesn't matter if they now have a max cashout rule or not.
If they stiffed a player for 32k in December, that's way out of line.
I honestly can't understand how they can justify an act of pocketing a network wide progressive jackpot paid by Playtech. That's just plain bad.

Playtech are just as bad for allowing it. The operator should be forced to return the excess money to Playtech to be reintroduced to the pot IMO
