Circa Affiliates Update Terms - AGD Request

SUMMARY: Circa Affiliates have made several changes to the terms including adding a section for Minimum Payments and Revenue calculations as well as altering the marketing rules.
Commissions - Minimum Payment
Payment Minimums. If you choose to be paid via your Betcirca Player Account the minimum payment amount is £/?5 but we reserve the right to change this term at any time within this agreement. If you choose another available payment option and the monthly amount is more than £/?150.00 we will transfer your earnings within 14 days of our revenue runs. However, if the Marketing Fees payable to you are less than £/?150.00 in any calendar month, then we may hold those fees until the total amount due is more than £/?150.00 (or if earlier) until this Agreement is terminated.
Commissions Calculation
Net Revenue is calculated as: Total purchases minus withdrawals minus player cash balances minus any charge-backs or redeemed funds. This information is based solely on the calculations generated by the unique Tracker provided to each Affiliate. Redeemed funds are any and all funds withdrawn or cashed-out by Players from their player account. Additionally, any reversed purchases (including charge-backs), credits, coupons or bonuses given to a player means any and all funds withdrawn or cashed-out by Players from their player account plus any Purchases reversed (or credits given) by us, in our sole discretion, to negate fraud, error, Player non satisfaction or through charge backs. Net Revenue Calculation: Net Gaming Revenue - Bonus Chips - Other Deductions = Affiliate Net Revenue Other Deductions: (Progressive Jackpot Contributions, Chargebacks, Refunds, Credits, Unsettled Funds, Third Party Royalties and Processing Costs)
General Marketing
We reserve the right to move program members (affiliates) from the active program they are using to the percentage net win program at the rates current at that time if the individual affiliates traffic is not performing based upon the average performance of the program, and the overall performance of the program. A message will be sent to the email address supplied with the affiliates account.
Territory Restrictions
We do not accept traffic from, and will not pay webmasters from any of the following countries/regions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria and Yugoslavia, Poland, Romania.
