I never receive emails anymore from LeoVegas Affiliates since some time.

However I saw one thread on gpwa today ... http://www.gpwa.org/forum/leovegas-uk-compliance-242829.html

so I checked too and I found a message in the inbox in my Leovegas aff account.
(No notification of the message if I login)

The message I have is:

Dear Affiliate,

Following the update to our Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) and our email to you on 1st November where we provided guidance on our UK compliance expectations, please note that we will be pausing your account for new rewards effective immediately until we are 100% certain that you are compliant with applicable legislation in the UK.

Should you provide us with proof of your compliance with our UK guidelines and Terms and Conditions which we deem satisfactory, we will review your account and consider re-opening it.

However, in the event that we discover any assets which breach our Terms and Conditions or UK guidelines, we will also suspend pay-outs for existing customers, in accordance with our one-strike policy in the UK.

Kindly note that notwithstanding the above, you are still required to take down any assets which are not compliant with our Terms and Conditions and applicable legislation in the UK immediately.

Please feel free to get in touch with your affiliate manager with any questions you may have on the above.

Best regards,

LeoVegas Affiliate Team

Trying to get in touch with them now.

Go check if you also have a message!

Got an answer. I will not be able to get rewards for any UK players from Nov 2017 on.
All other traffic is ok.

Cheers for the heads up, I wouldn't have noticed that message in the back end. It doesn't actually say they're not paying for new customers though, but weird.

On a side note, our November payment has been marked as failed, not sure if that's connected - anyone else seeing something similar?

Ok cheers, looks like it's not related. They're looking into it now.

To be fair to them they're going to keep paying for referred players and have been very quick to respond on email about it, just wish they'd sent a proper email out rather than the internal messaging system.

I never got any email at all.. just a inbox saying account was disabled which isn't aproblem as there are much better casinos for UK traffic, what I see many doing is diverting all uk traffic to a set landing page with T&C in front of eyballs, I wonder why some other casinos are not doing something similar?
