I had one for $80 this month and another one for $96 in August.

In 8 years of my retail site I've had 3 cb's. 2 were this year and it was just that the cfo's didn't recongnize the descriptor on the corporate card cc statement.

Even though the cfo's called the cc companies right away and canceled the disputes and thus recharged their cards it still took 85 days to get the $$$. Seems to be a lot of finger pointing as to who actually was holding on to the money, the cc company or my card processor.

Fortunately, the processor sent me an email last week saying I no longer have to wait for my money due to my excellent record.

If the usa opens will there be more cb's or less? At least with my retail site it only takes sig confirmation to win the dispute. Not sure how it can be won with og.

Judging by our other markets, I think the moment US opens the CB will go down drastically.

Well I had $27,961 in chargebacks this month. Rick told me it was all one player who got all his deposits back over a 6 month period.

Yes, it is one player. Rick (he was away for few days) asked me to send you the details about the player from the software back end, which i did.

well its not possible to recover funds from usa players for now but I'm wondering if any affiliate has ever been paid any commission on a recouped chargeback from a non-usa player on any program?

Off hand I can't recall ever receiving anything, but can't be 100% certain.

I've been seeing some chargebacks the last 3 months now. Small ones though.

I'm curious about this $27k over 6 months because I'm told some of the RTG's require a faxback form to be filled out with the card trace. Some suspend deposits until the paperwork is submitted while others allow players to wait a week or more before making additional deposits without the paperwork.

Does this program require any paperwork for susbequent deposits?

Hi,

Yes, we have 2 verification stages: 1 with the first deposit and full paperwork in case of high deposits or some suspicions of fraud, yet it just lowers the amount of CB, but some still get through.

all I know is my earning for winpalace dropped 80% in 2011 over 2010 despite getting 10 more players. 2012 had only 4 less players than 2010 and earned $802.90 for the year, I usually earn that or close to it a month with my other rtg programs.
