Changes to affiliate terms!!!

Everyone should be aware that Market-Ace have rebranded to GameSys Affiliates and there have been some significant changes to the affiliate terms and conditions:

Old revenue ladder for Virgin Games and StarSpins:

New revenue ladder for both brands:

There are other changes as well.

It would be appreciated if a GameSys rep would confirm whether or not these changes will be applied retroactively?

Our Terms & Conditions have changed.

We have made a number of updates to our Terms and Conditions. The key changes are:

• We are re-branding our Market-ace Affiliate Programme - it will now be called the ”Gamesys Affiliate Programme“.
• The default commission structures are now on a tiered scale for all our UK brands
• Every six (6) months we will review the balance of your account and if the commission owed to you is under £5, any commission will be declared void and the balance of your account will be reset to £0.
• We require that you enter into the new agreement – now called the ”Gamesys Affiliate Programme Agreement“ with Gamesys (Gibraltar) Limited at which point your current agreement(s) with Profitable Play Limited, Entertaining Play Limited, Nozee Limited, Gamesys Spain PLC or Leisure Spin Limited (as applicable) will be terminated.

The updated version of the Gamesys Affiliate Programme Agreement is set out below and the key changes have been highlighted. We have also made some other minor changes.

You, on behalf of the company whose details you have provided as part of the registration process (being the "Affiliate" as defined in the Agreement), acknowledge that by ticking the ”Accept“ box and clicking "proceed" you agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement with Gamesys (Gibraltar) Limited, that you are authorised to execute the Agreement on behalf of such Affiliate, and that the information you have provided is accurate.

We look forward to continuing to work with you in the new programme.

Is it fair to say that the change to revenue ladder is being applied retroactively then?
