(a) the Affiliate must remove all references to the Casumo Website from the Affiliate Website(s) and communications, irrespective of whether the communications are commercial or otherwise. This is in the Termination section of their T&Cs. If they decide to terminate your account, they want you to remove all references to Casumo.

However, if I felt that I was unfairly terminated, I would not comply with this clause. Instead, I would change their review pages to rogue pages to warn others about the type of company they are.

Presumably by not complying, they could take legal action against you. That's how I read it anyhow.
