New term of Casumo:

(a) the Affiliate must remove all references to the Casumo Website from the Affiliate Website(s) and communications, irrespective of whether the communications are commercial or otherwise. The foregoing shall not apply to Casumo players’ complaints recorded on Affiliate websites which are recognised as Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies by accredited arbitrators’ institutions.

Wft, they think they're above freedom of speech?

This is in the Termination section of their T&Cs. If they decide to terminate your account, they want you to remove all references to Casumo.

However, if I felt that I was unfairly terminated, I would not comply with this clause. Instead, I would change their review pages to rogue pages to warn others about the type of company they are.

if you no longer work with them how can you be bound by their terms anyway?
