Stay away from them! First I have been told that payment will be issued on the 19th of July. Then I've been told that there is a lock on the payments. Then I've been told that the director has to approve the payments and that he has something with his wife and has a day off. Next thing was that all decision makers are on vacation and no payments will be processed until their return. On the 26th I've been told that a new person starting for them will process the payments same day. And yet nothing has been paid. After that I've sent another 4 emails trying to get it resolved, but all four have been ignored. I tried to resolve it without making it public and gave them several opportunities to reply. Unfortunately I can only say, this program is a scam. Once again, stay away!

As much as I believe GoWild is/has been playing 'funny buggers' for a couple of years now, your post does not contain any proof. Plus, your a new user, this is your 1'st post. Sorry but without providing proof (your emails etc), then your post holds zero credibility.

Nothing personal, but it's all too easy for anyone to signup and bag a program.

Yet most times a (1'st time poster) disgrunted aff never provides any proof. I suggest if this matter is genuine, then you post your proof to this thread :)

Hi AussieDave. First of all you confuse GoWild and CasinoWilds. I am referring to CasinoWilds. As for me being a new user, does this make me suspicious? I was looking for a place where I can share my negative experience and see if anyone else experienced it as well. Further to that, I want to warn others to stay away from this affiliate program. As for the proof, I have no problem to share it, but I don't think it's always needed. Having said that, I am happy to share the emails.

1st Quote sent on the 10th of July:
I will not be processing any payments now until 19 July since I will be leaving for the Amsterdam affiliate conference and then have 2 days in Sweden after. I will not be working 15-18 July but will be back at my desk 19 July. PSPs are IP locked.

2nd Quote sent on the 19th of July:
Sorry, I have a lock on the payments and I had to pay the network today. I should be paying it tomorrow.

3rd quote sent on the 21st of July:
I was informed yesterday that the director has to approve all payments. Currently I am waiting for him to approve 30+ payments and will send as soon as he has signed but today he had something with his wife and had a day off. Hopefully, I will get the approvals by tomorrow. I will process as soon as I have approval but I cannot go against our new directives.

4th quote sent on the 26th of July:
I had a short response saying the person who has to sign all payments off should be back working on Tuesday next week. I am hopefully completing the handover to the person who shall be processing payments this very afternoon but he won't be allowed to process anything without payments being approved.

After that I've sent 4 friendly reminders and have not received any response. Last reminder was sent yesterday.

Unfortunately yes. Agreed it sucks but you can thank other 1'at time posters who have hidden agendas, for that. Thanks for adding the quotes :)

No worries Dave. I understand the cautiousness.
It bugs me a lot when operators playing a game and then simply ignore you when it comes to paying for the players. I've been polite and very patient with them. I even send them 3 emails giving a chance to response before I take it public, but still no response. I took that topic to other forums as well, just to make sure I cover as much as possible. I can't let them escape without any consequences. Hopefully they will at least react to that.

Any update on this? Curious as I am a potential affiliate as well.

Unfortunately only silence. Sent them another email yesterday and also Andy from Affiliate Guard Dog contacted them, but no response yet.

Do they owe you any commission for the past months as well? Or you just joined?

I have the impression that no one is even reading the emails. The Affiliate manager told me that she is leaving the company and she is doing the handover to her replacement. That was around 2 weeks ago.

I forgot to update on that. They eventually got back to me and after several emails going back and forth, they paid the commission. Thanks to Andy (Admin) who supported directly!
On the other note, their affiliate back-end has been down for a longer than one week. I generated some commission last month with my existing players which I've noticed few days before the end of November. Since then the whole affiliate platform shows error. Not even login screen pops-up. All my attempts to get a response from them ended with silence. Did anyone hear anything from them? They are impossible to deal with.

Another update on that never ending story. Although I stopped working with them and din't send any new traffic ever since, I still generated revenue with my existing players. It's not a lot, but still since September there was some revenue generating almost every month. I've been trying to get in touch with them for months. After several attempts to contact their affiliate department and finance, I turned to casino customer support who after several attempts managed to get me a contact from Aleksis Vitins from earnersalliance dot com (I guess their white label provider. I've never dealt with earnersalliance before. They came out of the blue). For several weeks he kept telling me that they have issues with stats and they will resolve it soon. Sometimes he ignored my email and sometimes he got back saying all same things. Eventually I've noticed that my stats were manipulated. It was a lot less than what it should be. I made them aware of that and now since few days my account is completely suspended and no one is replying.

It is important to say, that at all times I stayed polite and factual. I gave them many opportunities to reply, but it seems like they are crooks and they are stealing affiliates commission. I have screen shots of all communications with them.

Has anyone had the same experience with them? Is anyone here still waiting for his money?
