Hello,
I made an affiliate account on CasinoToken on 03.03.18 - it is direx NV brand. I generated an affiliate profile and I started to promote this brand on default affiliate deal. On 05.03 I started a conversation with Rihards B, CasinoToken affiliate manager and we arranged deal of 40% NNC.

After that conversation, I provided CasinoToken exposure on my sites. Affiliate manager did not set up the deal into my aff panel (I thought that he will update my account soon and the deal was arranged from 06.03 as we can see in our Skype conversation. I even received banners from him on 06.08 and 08.03). I remind about my account update many times:

My account manager updated my affiliate account to 40% commission on 13.03. I just received information that my commission from 03.03 to 13.03 will not be paid. I generated +- 1200€ NGR for this period and CasinoToken affiliate does not want to pay it

Avoid this program - CasinoToken is cheating affiliates. You can even make a test and create a test affiliate profile, it's available instantly after aff account registration in player section. We arranged a deal on 5th of March and I would like to get paid for 03.03-05.03 by default % and from 06.03-31.03 on 40%. What do you think about it?
PS - I cant put screenshots here, sorry

Have you had any success with them to get paid?

I signed up some weeks ago, and have generated some ngr also. contacted them to get the deal lifted above the standard 20% and got some not so good live chat service, so decided to leave it there and not promote anymore.

Don't know guys but I have got perfect communication with their affiliate managed and I can tell that they are professionals and have been a long time in the industry, Plus - I have been paid for the last three month in a day time!

So, I haven't experience any issues with them and in my opinion they are trust-able and legit.

@Kassinen have you asked them to be paid and did you agreed on the deal with them?

And in my case I needed to reach 100$ in order to be paid out. So, you need to find out all those things before expect to be paid I believe.

Ok, I don't need to prove anything to anyone but look what I will do - I will ask Casino manager to come here and talk to you, because your accusations are ridiculous - I can have my avatar of how I like and from where I like! And yes, it s from them as I have like 20 + banners on my sites from them!

Personally been in this industry a very-long-time. I'd never heard of CasinoToken.com, until reading this thread.

I don't need to prove anything to anyone

That's true, you don't.

As it stands, there are two (2) affiliates voicing identical complaints about CasinoToken.com, along with documented proof. Chat screen images of the OP, displays Richard B as being in Malta. There is also a player complaint (see below). In addition to the licensee (Direx Limited/Direx N.V) of CasinoToken.com being accused of fraudulent behavior.

@Megan - Where are you located?

I like to deal in facts...
  • You only signed up yesterday (Monday 21'st)
  • Your 1'st post was to this thread
  • Your AGD Avatar is an image taken from CasinoToken.com
Interesting post on a BTC forum about Direx Limited: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1936168 (Direx Limited aka Direx N.V) is the licensee of CasinoToken.com

There's also a player complain about non payment of winnings (no bonus used) https://forum.aboutslots.com/topic/1516-casinotokencom-fraud-and-scam-do-not-pay-legistate-winnings/

Taking all this into consideration, and the fact two affiliates are claiming the same issues, Your post(s) Megan really start to look suspect, not dissimilar to that of a shill...just sayin!

NB - Seems CasinoToken.com is a white label casino. And, we all know the murky, muddy waters a lot of White Label casinos have carved-out in this industry.

Hello Chaps,

My name is John and I'm official representative of Casino Token here.

I was asked by one of our affiliate to come here and clear the issues raised so, my pleasure is to do it.

1. Regarding the first issue in the first thread:

1. The affiliate was threatening and rude towards account manager several times and the same threats where addressed to the member of our senior stake holder.

2. The affiliate conveniently forgot to show you this - (transcript from the chat with our affiliate manager as I'm not allowed to post links or images here but can send it to anyone if needed):

[12/03/2018 13:00:57] Casino BetBonus: Hi, please update my account
[12/03/2018 13:01:07] Rihards® B: Hello,
[12/03/2018 13:01:19] Rihards® B: yes, it is already set and the task is in the process
[12/03/2018 17:57:12] Rihards® B: Hey hey,
[12/03/2018 17:57:22] Rihards® B: the texch team reposrts that commision is set
[12/03/2018 17:57:35] Rihards® B: it will be active one montth as we agree to test your traffic out
[12/03/2018 17:58:02] Rihards® B: please, let me know if there is anything else

Which clearly say's when the deal will be set up and which clearly say's that affiliate was informed about this and he knew exactly when his commission will be set and never complained about it. As you see, the date is 12th so, any logical thinking affiliate would expect this or the next working day that the deal would be starting from.

Regarding his query that he would want to be paid BEFORE that time - we have clearly written in the affiliate page that Affiliate must reach out to the affiliate management before he can represent our casino in any sense.

So, the bottom line - the affiliate claim to be paid before the time when he was set up is not legit in any sense as per below:

1. There are no bills for payment team to pay before the 13th as the deal was set up by tech team from 13th,(and they work in their own pace and it depends of their work load. No one can ifluence that)

2. There are no records, conversations or any other proof that casino agreed to work with this affiliate before 13th (sorry, but the talks in skype with affiliate manager is not the proof - it is just part of setting up and agreement of the % rate),

3. The rules in Affiliate page say's - ''Please, note, that in order to being able to represent Casino Token in any sense or become an Affiliate you must reach out to our Administration first to reach out the agreement. Only after that, your account will be eligible for commission.'' - Nothing to say here, as it must be totally clear for everyone in the professional world - In order to be paid you need to agree on the deal first.

Beside this, we have been nice to the Affiliate and offered him to work out the payment issues but Affiliate was rude and threatened us so, we did end our relationship. Plus, we had found several ''complains'' about our casino since then, which leads to the questions raised by @AusieDave:

  • @AusieDave - where do you see the identical documented complains of two affiliates? Sorry, I see only one.
  • @AusieDave - the ''player'' complain link that you showed here is identical to the other complains in other forums (word by word, copy/paste - send me a message if you want to see other places) which indicates, that the same ''player'' spams about exact thing everywhere with a pure intention to downgrade the reputation of the casino.

Needless to say, that such a player is Non Existent in our casino and we do not have any records of mentioned situation whatsoever in our casino history as we have never sent any message like that and we have never closed player account based on such a rule mentioned in that message.

I'm not accusing anyone here of doing this, but you can imagine I guess...

Besides, @AusieDave - as far as you like to deal with facts - have a look at the registration date and the post count in your provided complain link - it's the same as you mentioned towards @Megan.

BTW - Megan is one of our first affiliate that joined us and that has done very great during last three month.

And the last thing:

Mr, @Kassinen - please, get in touch with our administration in order to work out your payment/deal etc. ASAP in order to fix everything before next month starts.

Kind regards,

-John

FYI - I suspect that you guys will ask who is Peter? It is my boss that created the account here and asked me to provide comments as I'm official representative on all other forums and I take care of the casino external communication.

Hi John,

Thanks for coming to the forum to put forward the affiliate program's side of events.

1. The affiliate was threatening and rude towards account manager several times and the same threats where addressed to the member of our senior stake holder.

Do you have documented proof of this? Were you present, or is this just hearsay...

2. The affiliate conveniently forgot to show you this - (transcript from the chat with our affiliate manager as I'm not allowed to post links or images here but can send it to anyone if needed):

[12/03/2018 13:00:57] Casino BetBonus: Hi, please update my account

[12/03/2018 17:58:02] Rihards® B: please, let me know if there is anything else
...SNIP...

2. There are no records, conversations or any other proof that casino agreed to work with this affiliate before 13th (sorry, but the talks in skype with affiliate manager is not the proof - it is just part of setting up and agreement of the % rate)

In that case, and by your own admission, what you've used as "proof" (chat log) above , is also voided.

As far as commission owed to the OP teemteem (affiliate you've since terminated agreement with). Are you saying the NDP's and revenue stats posted, are fake?

If what teemteem has posted are factual, bona fide stats, then you need to pay him his commission - no ifs, buts, or excuses. Just pay this affiliate their rightful commission due. End of story.

With regard to the suspicious posts/complaints. Let me say this... If I had sent a program NDP's and was not paid my commission (regardless of disputed % rate), I'd be contacting the program ask where is my commission!!!

Seems that's what teemteem did, but alas he still didn't get paid. Instead, his affiliate account/deal was terminated.

At that point, I'd be making sure every casino affiliate was aware of this, and I too would be posting this info on forums just like AGD.

My suggestion here... Fix this mess up, pay the affiliate, and then try to rebuild the relationship.

Hello again to all lovely guys and girls,

Thanks @AussieDave for acting as an advocate to before mentioned affiliate and admitting that you as well, are willing to harm the reputation of other business if your demands are not met. Quite terroristic approach I would say...

Anyhow, here are the answers:

  • Proof as a chat log - I explained to you already - I can't post the links here and I offered to show the links if someone is interested in them. You can't void something via fact that I can't post here because of limitations of the forum.
  • I showed the proof that affiliate knew the date when he will be set up and still he was asking for something that wasn't agreed with. That fact was ignored in your post - why?
  • You asked about the proof that affiliate was threatening us and rude :) Apologies, but I will not go to senior stake holder of the company and ask - ''listen, dude from the forum with a nick @AussieDave want's your skype conversation as a proof...''…. Really? Anyway, I asked this to our affiliate manager and here is what he sent me:
[19/04/2018 11:40:41] Rihards® B: Please, goto our affiliate page

[19/04/2018 11:40:46] Rihards® B: and read T&C

[19/04/2018 11:40:48] Casino BetBonus: p[lease go fuck yourself

Please, feel free to ''void'' this as well if that’s convenient to you. - I hope that answers your initial question.

Second thing that I wanted to mention - it is weird, that you are advocating a disrespect to the rules of your partner that you want to promote, but instead, want to dictate them your own approach of their terms and conditions. In my opinion it is wrong, as you are the one that promoting businesses of other people and not vice versa, hence, please respect their rules and not invent yours instead.

In nutshell, our rules are our rules and you, as an affiliate need to understand them and provide the service according to them and not according of your understanding or your interpretation of them.

No one is forcing any affiliate to work with us and no one forbids it. The fact is, that 99.99% of affiliates are happy with us, get paid in the mater of 1/2 days and having a blast relationship with us with a best promos and bonuses out there.

For now, we have more than 40 affiliates and almost all of them did their part of negotiation and set up - properly and in time. We are happy and our Affiliates are happy ad this is what is most important for us.

Your's,

-John
