They are so amateurs....they owe me a ROLEX and NOTHINGG,was an error after that, ohh not our error Playtech error...and we give you a great compensation...200 euro for something who have a value ~5k $????

Amateurs????

Must be punished!

I'll let the affiliate manager respond to this, but please do not post in existing threads about an off-topic issue. It makes it more difficult to get to the bottom of the issue that way.

I am sure the Affiliate Manager will come in and reply to you (although, they are likely at a convention this week). My guess is that you will need to talk to the casino, though, to get your answer.

Hi,

Please note that as correctly stated in your post, Playtech did make a mistake scheduling the freeroll on the wrong date. From our end, we did advertise on our website the correct time and date of the freeroll.

My colleague who deals with Poker Plex has replied to your email explaining the situation. The 200 Euro compensation was a gratuity bonus from our end. Unfortunately we will not be able to reward you with a Rolex watch.

We appreciate your understanding in regards to this matter.

Why this not happens??Amateurs is the right answere...

Dont tell me now 200 euro was a gratuity ! LOL man !LOL!

Gratuity for what???For playing and winning a tourney who was there in the lobby,I wasnt playing alone??? Do u know that?? I doesnt came in 1st place with nothing and for all my time spend there and all my feeling I receive a gratuity like u say !

Not trying to cause a stir - I don't do much poker. I'd be upset too though if I sat through hours of play, only to be told my prize didn't count because the poker game was scheduled at the wrong time?

Personally, I'd give the man a watch. It's all I'm going to say about it.

We had a slot machine that went wild (it was for free prizes) at World Casino Directory. It had a bug that a lady "exploited" -- but we paid her until she was happy.

We asked her to be easy on us for our mistake. Perhaps if a different tone had been taken by both parties here, something better would have come of this.

There is a casino in Pennsylvania owned by Penn National. They sent out the VIP promo which was FREE money to their entire mailing list instead of the VIP list.

They handled it properly. They ARE paying , and are ASKING the players to be nice....

They are not handing out apples at the door and saying sorry bout' that. 8)

Maybe I am missing details. I am just posting as I see it.

Casinomeister is definitely the place for your complaints, you may want to use the 'Pitch a Bitch' (PAB) feature over there.

I would have to know Playtech's stance on this to be honest. It is a Playtech promotion, not a CasinoPlex one from what I have heard from you here and in other threads elsewhere. Playtech should be the one to give you your prize, IMO.

As far as calling them amateurs... I think that this only serves to hurt their image. Without knowing the full facts from Playtech and the full interaction between them and CasinoPlex - I would not want to engage in that.

Yes, this is not the ideal situation for anyone. If you feel this strongly, you need to talk to Playtech to find out the whole situation. From there, find an equitable solution.

I didn't think Playtech was easy to reach and communicate with for the average player. It seems like I tried to communicate with them once, a very long time ago, and never got a reply.

Hey there,

I have some tips for you if you are serious about getting somewhere: type in complete sentences, don't use a lot of ? ? ? ? or guyssssssssssss or any other shortcuts. Type "you," don't type "u" - after all you are making a formal complaint in a public forum. It makes you look like an amateur.

You'll get further if you take your time when you write your post at one forum (probably Meister since this is a player complaint, not an affiliate complaint) at max two forums - this will work much better than having 20 hastily written posts all over the internet looking like you are going crazy.

Nothing in life is instant, especially when you've been wronged (or feel you have) and you have to go threw a process to get it corrected. It may not feel right, but you can't just complain and yell then expect to get an immediate response from Playtech or whomever your problem lies with. Things take time in life - I know, it sucks. ;D but that's life my friend.

Think it out. Go to the right place (Meister) and calmly address the process there where ever you left off. Nobody will want to get involved if you can't show some professionalism during your complaint. Keep that in mind when you go over there.

Hope it helps. Good luck.

This is really good advice for anyone that has a complaint, be it a player or an affiliate. It's just plain 'ol good advice for posting in forums in general.

Same thing like I talked before they are not answering on emails and like I expected they are not interested in this topic...
