When a bonus is claimed by a player it will reflect as extra cash in Net Revenue once it has been played through their account. It, therefore, has to be deducted to reflect the correct Net Revenue.

Unless these guys do it different...

Let assume a player deposits $100 and receives a $100 bonus, they now have $200 to play with. Player loses the $200.

So We have $200 GGR (gross gaming revenue)... The $100 bonus given, is deducted from the GGR, leaving $100 NGR.

The $100 bonus is never (or shouldn't be deducted) from NGR

They need to update their website to show 24% instead of the bullshit 30%.

I am aware of how they actually work out commission. However they advertise 30% of Net Revenue which in my case is: 30% of €1,253.49 = €376.05.

My guess the is net rev figure displayed is incorrect. They're displaying the net rev amount before the €250.70 admin bs is deducted. If they displayed €1002.79 as net rev it would look correct.

I think it is the platform which requires the numbers to be displayed as you see them in the affiliate report. I know some programs have complained that their 20-30% admin fee isn't deducted before the affiliate sees it. I, personally, would rather know it is happening. I think it is Netrefer that shows it this way. That's my recollection.
