Hey All,

I have been dealing with KK and would like to chime in here..

Firstly, I regularly talk to KarinoKing on Skype and nothing was hidden form him in regards to the e wallet payments being slightly delayed....

As soon as this post was brought to our attention I contacted Kasinoking and explained what was going on in person with the skrill payments.(March 21st)

Most affiliates have in the meantime been paid and the ones that have yet to be paid will be paid early next week, this due to the Easter long weekend..

Just like KK said this is not the place to be bashing anyone and I will certainly be in touch on Tuesday with KK to discuss further...

I hope you all had a very nice Easter and had a great long weekend!

Regards

KK is the least of your problems.. that public voice you have posting on your behalf here just dropped your reputation tenfold, Arrogance and dropping someones stats public just made him and your program look unprofessional, this forum us usually where affiliates go with late payment problems, big deal it's easter.. not an excuse to be late, guess what ? most of us are working promoting products,, this attitude of contempt really riles me but rather than approach this in a friendly manner a snalry response was made, This kind of attitude is what most affiliates want to avoid.. BTW if talking stats what do these guys compare like for sign ups to clicks? its easy to accuse an aff of not sending enough players but a lot also depends on said programs conversions, if they are bad they usually fall to the bottom of the list.

hey frank,

trust me i had no intention to even discuss an off topic matter or bring up an affiliates individual stats but in this case i felt compelled to reply to this:

"My reward for starting this thread? A 10% cut in my RS deal"

well thats simply not true. its not like we would punish someone for starting a thread about a delayed payment (as already mentioned above) so ofcourse i have to answer his statement.

i also offered KK to continue on the same deal in exchange for some better exposure, no reply there instead he preffered jumping in conclusion and post it on a public forum. what did he expect i would do?

sorry if i offended anyone it was never the intention here and you are right we are the bad ones here for being delayed a few days on payments.

sorry but what does ihre consulting got do with anything here?

if you dont want to promote our brand due to us being a few days late with payments this month (which i apoligized for already) is completely up to you of course.

when im back from vacation tomorrow i will personally talk to payment team. i will also try to become one of the fastest paying affiliate programs in the industry. your opinions/voices these last few days are notified.

i cant however accept that lies are spread about our program hence why i replied KK with my reasoning above.

can i ask what you would have done in my shoes? just accepted it?

All due respect to all involved - IF the discussion of increased exposure began during the period of time where payment was due but not yet paid (according to terms and conditions) - and it sounds like it was... As an affiliate, I would not entertain the conversation until after payment was made. To be completely fair, I'd not entertain talk of increased exposure until it was shown that payment could be made on time.

"Affiliate commissions are processed before the 20th of the following month." - shown on the commissions and payments page.

"Prompt monthly payments via a variety of popular banking methods" - shown on the home page propaganda.

To make both of those statements true would be to increase the level of trust in your program. It would also be keeping true to your program's word. I suggest that you either start the payment run earlier in the month so that scheduled end of the month holidays and/or payment processor delays do not prevent affiliates from being paid within the course of their expectations (that was set by the Ellmount website) or change the website to reflect reality.

Additionally, I suggest giving an affiliate a bit of time between getting closure (from chasing the payment) before opening discussion on tactics and possibilities of better positions. That way there is no misinterpretations by either party.

@Shay, i fully agree with what you are saying here reagarding payments and i will deal with it internally this week! stand by.

also, regarding KK it can be viewed as bad timing for me to approach him regarding better exposure yes but i think him stating that i "punished" him with a 10% cut for him starting this thread is somewhat ridicolus and also a lie.

we dont work that way.

Well you have punished him by dropping him to 10%. Few may see the timing as coincidental. To clear this matter up and show your commitment why not reinstate KK to his original percentage?

That may not be how you work (I believe you, by the way) - but the timing could very well have been the loose bolt in the cog. I can certainly understand how it would seem that one has something to do with the other. Maybe the both of you taking a step back and seeing how (or if) you two can work together going forward in a more productive (and positive) way is still possible.

Best of luck to you both.

ok... ok... ok... This is getting out of hand people.

Ihre should not even be part of this discussion. Not at all. This issue was CasinoRoom only. Keep them out of the thread, please. And for crap's sake.... keep this professional. I mean both sides. @CasinoRoom AM - you could have handled the conversation more professionally (yes, even though you felt attacked). Everyone else involved - you could have NOT stoked the flames.

Can we all talk like the professional webmasters and AM's we are? I know I would enjoy that ;)

Guys,

Agree totally here with Andy...

We were at fault for not paying Commission on time this month which Tomas apologized for but this does not mean we are Rogue in any way, we are a highly professional company with many years of experience and Tomas and I look forward to working with all of you!...

Can weplease just stop this and move on and make money together, we will be in touch with Mark tomorrow and move forward from there..

Thanks and have a great Easter Monday all!

If any of you would like to talk to us more privately, please send us an email at affiliates@ellmountgaming.com and we will be more than happy to get in touch!

Cheers All

Colin

Firstly, I regularly talk to KarinoKing on Skype and nothing was hidden form him in regards to the e wallet payments being slightly delayed....
Once again, I am not trying to stir up any shit, I've just stated facts - for which it looks like I'm almost being called a liar, which would be something I would take pretty seriously.

So here's some more facts bout my "Regular talks" with Colin on Skype:
Sept 26th 2014: I asked to share contacts on Skype - I believe Colin was with Drake at the time.
He accepted and said "Hi there".

Sept 29th 2014: I asked what would be the best player bonuses he could give me, if I started promoting his casino.
No reply.

The next time I heard from Colin on Skype was last Wednesday - the day after I started this thread!
I was NOT informed before March 20th that payments would be late.

Like I said before, I've got no beef with Casino Room and no hard feeling about the guys there, but I'm not just going to sit here and listen to untruths about anything from anyone.
Guys, I think you should stop digging now - the hole is deep enough.

Everyone should have now been paid.
Again apologies for the few days late..

@KK: Did I not send you more than one email during Jan, Feb and March?

The 45% wagering on free spins is pretty industry standard too, and our welcome bonus is really quite competitively motivated?
