Which company (Winner Affiliates or Euro Partners) will be responsible for continuing to pay residual income on the players sent to Casino Del Rio in the past?

As soon as the transition is completed, Winner Affiliates will assume responsibilities of paying residual income to players sent to Casino Del Rio in the past. Euro Partners said nothing, and they still haven't uttered a word about it, as far as I can tell. Winner Affiliates made a press release, which is how I found out.
