I see you take UK players - but DON'T have an obvious link to the T&Cs from your home-page where the offer appears. Watch out - the UKGC might spot that!

I also do not like your site because I can not view what games you have: every time I click on the "Games" tab, I just get a "Sign up now" box instead
And there's a "menu" icon above that which does nothing...
(Could be because I have a touch-screen laptop - but I'm sure I'm not the only one!)
In fact, there is a terrible lack of any information on the home-page!

Hmm, that can't be good for conversions. I dislike sites that do that, too, and find it a lot harder to promote brands that hide their games.

Hint to all operators: Set up accessible pages or XML feeds with your complete, current list of games. The source code should show the complete list (no javascript nonsense, please).

The next point I feel we have to blame UKGC for. There are so many games we cannot show for UK players, so we decided to block the whole page instead :/
Setting up a list with only the game names could be a solution, but would require some developing on our side first.

Hmm menu box doing nothing? I must investigate this further. My VPN is not working atm, so I will have to check it later. The lack of information, in general, is just because we´re weren’t allowed to show much of anything, as we are trying to be a very cute and funny brand, we´re automatically being compromised everywhere.

Yes, that's right.
I did see the T&Cs link right at the bottom of the page - but that's not what I would call "obviously associated with the bonus offer".
All other UK casinos I've seen have the link in the same pane as the offer i.e. VERY close.

As a player myself, I would not dream of signing up anywhere without knowing what games are available to me. And as an affiliate I would not promote a casino without this same key information.
I suggest you make getting this issue sorted a matter of high priority.

@KasinoKing I agree, games are, if not the most important, at least one of the most important keystones of a casino. This just had to be the solution for the UK to solve the regulation that came. I will forward the feedback and see if it can be prioritized. Thanks for the feedback!

This is from the gross from the casino ofc.

Thanks, just need to know how much is the real rev. share on a certain amount. Hence, how much is the admin fee, gambling tax, how are bonuses calculated, how much is transaction fee, etc.

The casino seems to be very nice, but I always a bit concerned when it's a GIG brand and also when it's on IA platform. Leave alone a GIG brand on IA platform.

The actual revenue share is calculated mostly the same on most casinos, it can differ slightly from casino to casino I guess, especially if you have casinos without the heavier licenses. But all in all, they must look the same.

The only gambling tax we add is actually for Uk, which is 15% if I recall correctly, and then we just sum up other country taxes in our admin fee which is 29%. "Bonuses granted - bonus forfeit". Transactions fees are about 2%.

Thanks for the kind words! But how come you´re concerned about GIG brands? and also IA platform? These are two of the most recognized actors in the industry.

I finaly got a reply, send you info private since it contains a name, im not shore its ok just to add it here.

Anyhow, they sent out a newsletter recently, in where i catched 3x names / e-mails, to where i sent my original message to. One of them sent me a reply, finaly a contact!

I added that it would be good to update their info to AGD also.
