how are they on communications and paying you what they owe you? For us its about getting paid. They are definitely making money. we just need prompt payments and attention when we are not being paid.

We started dealing with this on Feb 25, 2013. That is why you sense my frustration.
We had a final figure prepared and sent to you on the July 4, but had not gotten any response, which is why we wrote you last night.

Cant find a reason not to promote them would prefer a better rate other than 25% but yes they pay promptly to my bank a/c and my a m replies back same day or the next.

Yes and it was approved on my side on the 4th July but I was under the impression that you were in touch with Gemma about this one already as I did not receive any other email from you before regarding this.
