Can anyone make head or tail of the affy reporting???

... only I can't!

I was trying to check my stats for October yesterday and all I could find was my total earnings for the month and NO other information at all!
(e.g. which casino(s) the earnings came from, player data, etc...)

Also, they paid me today for October, but didn't include my earnings for July to Sept (below the minimum)... maybe I'm not the only one who is confused! :p

Hi Mark, how about you drop me an email and we'll go through it. I'll look into your missing payments and find out whats gone on there.

What you don't tell me here is what page are you looking at? Are you on the overview page or on the player reports page?

We provide all the data that you need, probably more, but if its just a case of you don't know how to find it then it's an easy fix.

Just to confirm, September and October were paid this month.

When you say July to Sept earning, it is potentially only July that you have earnings for in that date range. I'll need to check up with accounts to confirm Julys money. Leave that with me.

To tell you the truth, I am confused by the reports as well. I'm sure there are a lot of them, but they need to be organized a bit more clearly (IMO).

I got paid by AE this month and couldn't even figure out why.

Tell me what you dont get, thats the only way we can sort things out.

We did give affiliates the chance to help shape this program and the ones that helped out gave us some great feedback and changes were made. Obviously we wont be able to please everyone but if you can't find your way around, let me know and I'll help, thats my job!

To figure out why you got paid, head to the financials pages to see your Payments and Statements. These break it down for you, casino by casino.

Did that.. No payments or statements at all. But I got paid nonetheless.

The reason for my problem was simple..... I was looking at my old CWC account instead of my AE account (the one that was converted from the 'original' AE to CWC and the one I promote with).

This is called a 1D10T error.

I hate that error. ;)

I found that while the reports take some getting used to, you can do alot with them and there are lots of different stats to see. It's interesting to look at the "Game Data" which shows the games that your players played and the give/take from each game at each casino. Too bad it only shows the current month though.

Well either you fixed it - or it fixed itself! ;)

I just logged in again and it went straight to a report showing a monthly breakdown by casino.
When I logged in on Nov-1st the page it went to had no data at all - just a blank template. But even going from there using the menu tabs I couldn't find this breakdown info!

Now that I have that report I can see that it appears my September earnings from High Noon Casino has been carried over into October for Club World Casino... :confused:

So that just leaves June & July overdue from the old system (I think I said the wrong months earlier!) and nothing for August. I seems I can't go back before September on the new system - so how can I check that?

The overview page is totally customisable so you can choose what you want it to show there. Click the customise button to see what reports can be added to this page.

To find any report breakdown you need to use the Reporting tab, in there you can breakdown by player to find the information that (I think) you need to know

You are correct with this and the reason for it is down to the way the data was stored in the old system. As a result we had to associate it to one of the casinos so it wasnt lost.

I'll check on the missing months you mentioned and get back to you on email.

Regards to old stats, you can view this by clicking Reporting > Historical Stats. Data here is show by payment period, again due to the way it was previously stored. Select August 1st to September 1st to get both sets of data, its also the only way to show September data. But its all there.

it needs to be made more user friendly.

I think you need to give it some time, get used to what it does and how it works. As I have said previously, nobody likes change especially when you go from something that is simple (CWC Aff Admin) to something that offers you a shed load more.
