Hey Andy,

I think you might want to reconsider C-planets status here.

They are not responding and there are some serious issues that they are just flat ignoring.

Contact

Hey lotso,

For what its worth, I have emailed Jonathan a few times since Ben left and he has always gotten back within the day. I have him on Skype too and he responds pretty quickly.

I asked him about payments this month and he said all would be done by Monday. I also advised him to take a look at AGD and address the threads here.

His skype Name is rushmorecherry

Like lotso, I've tried reaching Jonathan and had no reply. I don't want to speak for lotso but i'd be willing to bet that, like me, he just wants to be paid. Yes, we can stop promoting them, but in doing that we lose out too. This is why communication with these programs is so critical and why, in the absence of communication the only recourse we have is to try and get their attention in these forums. If they step up and do the right thing, great, but if not, then at least others will be aware of who they're dealing with. In the interest of fairness I will say that I worked with Ben for more than a year without any issues.

Yes I would like to be paid... On time... Every month. I don't think that is too much to ask.

I m really sick of having to deal with this crap every friggen month.

There are too many outfits that pay on time to have to put up with this.

@bonusgangster

Thanks but talking to them is not going to change the fact they just can't pay on time... ever.

Understand

lotso, I know that as I have been with them for years - and last month was the only time in recent memory that I got payment before the stated payment date they have. Just letting you know how I contacted them.

I don't really get why they are MIA in the forums. Clearly affiliates have concerns so addressing them would probably make sense.

@bonusgangster

I do appreciate the info that you have been in contact and that they said they will pay on Monday. It helps. But I should have heard it from them... after all how hard is it to send an email?

Don't get me wrong, not angry with you... Just venting.

These late payments always seem to hurt me and mine and it has finally become more than I care to deal with anymore. Sitting around waiting for my money and having to tell my people that I can't pay them because C-planet hasn't paid me... Really pisses me off.

Because I can't pay one of my people, they are losing their car. It feels real good to have to tell my people that I don't know when I will be able to pay them because I work with a company that just can't fucking pay on time.

When I started at c-planet I was PROMISED payments on time, in writing, I still have the email. On time payments were one of my main concerns when I started with c-planet. Now they won't even fucking talk to me.

If you guys want to continue to deal with this crap, that is your choice.
But after no response to emails and no payment. I have truly had it with this outfit.

I have to pay my bills on time or I get penalized... But C-planet seems to think it's no big deal to pay whenever they fucking feel like it.

I don't like having to air this stuff in public.
But I am forced too... Because c-planet won't talk or pay or keep their promises.

I will have totally cut their traffic off from me by Monday.

It won't surprise me at all if I have to end up writing off the money they owe me after they read this. Just Par for the Course.

Hi Lots0,

Why don't you just stop promoting them, and you won't have to deal with their BS "if nothing changes nothing changes" either you accept the fact that you will NEVER get paid on time or move on...

Hey Rhonda... Why not actually read what I write before you get your panties in a bunch?

I have talked about C-p late payments to players in several threads here.

I am in process on stopping traffic to them as I stated in my LAST post (the one just before yours).

Thank you for your concern and your completely unwarranted personal attack...

Hi lots0,

Please don't take my comment personal, I just noticed you complaining About cplanet alot, and that's OK. I should of kept my mouth shut, as I thought you would take my comment personally that was not my intention, and I must apologize for that. :emoticon-0120-doh:

I for one would like to thank lots0 for his "complaining" as it may help get things moving a little faster with a c-planet payment this month at least, as I and other affiliates are owed money as well.

He has made a lot of valid points, and someone had to say it... Even if it does not get C-planet to pay on time, if posts like this did not exist, even less programs would pay on time.

I agree with you 100% it's good to talk about it and expose late or no payment programs. all I'm saying is these guys at cplanet for long as I've promoted them, which is about 2 years 99% of the time they do not pay on time, and they don't respond to mine or others emails or posts, this is there MOI. and it's really sad, cause they have had so much potential towards being one of the front runners for RTG Casinos

I know it does not look like it, but I don't like complaining.

I truly wish these guys would have kept their word to me and made payments on time.

I think it's important to understand the difference between complaining and raising an issue. I know that for myself, I try to resolve any issue i might be experiencing with my affiliate manager (or through their support email as i've seen affiliate managers come and go too). I will only post publicly if i get no response, and even then i wait in order to give them every opportunity to get back to me. To me, this is not complaining.

It's not ok to say that if you don't like them then just stop promoting them. I agree that sometimes this is the only recourse, but why should i lose out if i still have a chance of making them accountable?

That being said, we shouldn't get upset when payments are sometimes late. It's frustrating as hell, but it's also the nature of the business we're in and the restrictions that processors put in place. The only thing we can demand is proper communication and it is here where c-planet appears to have dropped the ball. However, having worked with them for more than a year without any issues beyond the occasional late payment i consider this, at least for now, to be more of an oversight than outright roguish behaviour. Posting here was my last hope and if i get my payment i dohope that this has helped c-planet understand how crucial it is to communicate with their partners.

lots0, i sympathize with your need to be paid on time but i've had guarantees too (from other programs) and it's been my experience that they're not worth the paper they're written on. Perhaps you might want to try and secure an upfront payment instead? That way if they are late it won't completely throw off your cash flow. Just trying to help :)
