Anyone been paid by them this month?

They have top placings on my site and referrals are growing every month but conversion percentages are dropping, one customer I know their deposits were not fully credited and now this month no payment and no email all month from them explaining why.

I asked my AM about this months payment but he has not responded for 2 days.

Should I reconsider their top spot on the site or is it just a bad month?

You've highlighted a few things here:

1. No they haven't paid me yet either.
2. But their T&Cs say they will pay by the 30th day of the month - so they are not technically late yet...
3. However, the FAQ's on their website says they pay by the 10th!
4. To date they have paid me by the 18th latest on all bar 1 occasion (27th), but also paid on the 2nd 3 times - so they are a bit erratic!

Up to you what you do on your site, but with such erratic payments and worse, not answering your messages, I would also be seriously considering their positioning...

Aah right, All my previous payments were on the 2nd so I was assuming that was standard for them.

Definitely need to keep an eye on them though. 2 fantastic casino brands which are only going to get better this year. So I really hope the affiliate side is tip top too.

Igor the casino manager of BetAT seems to go through phases where he shows a gusto effort towards affiliate issues relating to BringIt, then goes MIA. The casino is great and as a VIP player they treat me well. However as an affiliate, I find their program to be flakey, mostly because of lack of sustained support and divergent information etc.

It's akin to them running around in circles, chasing their tails.

The downside of that is... trying to operate an affiliate business with a hit/miss ratio like this, starts to become very frustrating if you need something done quickly or a question answered, ASAP.

Sitting for days waiting for a reply, to complete work, to promote their casino, is a right PITA... just sayin!

I'm probably beind a tad harsh, I think I broke my toe tonight. Stubbed it under the couch, when trying to navigate the lounge room. Least to say it's all swollen and has turned a nasty shade of purple/black.

I really appreciate the contribution of all of you to this thread. I already spoke with slots-guide.eu and his payment ( and some others) unfortunately had an issue and get stuck in our payment gateway system. As he mentioned ( please forgive me for mentioning you ) a little paranoia got the better of him, what is completely normal. If you work you need to be paid on time!

I am always open and available (Skype, email,phone) to chat and solve any kind of issues that my partners may have. I know that without you guys my life will be difficult, I truly respect ( and in some cases admire :) ) your work and I can guarantee you that if you have any payment issue I will be the one ensuring you to get paid on time! Jorge we don't promote you these days for all of the above reasons & our own experiences with emails that seem to go into the black hole of BringIT, no offence to you personally but your program is exactly as Bet4u says "flakey" aka - to be unreliable, flighty, if you got your stuff together it would be a good program to promote as we are all looking for some "honest" MG affiliate programs.

I have to agree with this.
The thread was started on March 24th - and notifications were sent to them on that day.
But BringIT chose not to comment until today: April 6th.
Very poor form IMHO. :(

Hi,

Please dont take this as an excuse but as an explanation, program (bringit!) notification email was being redirected to an old email of an old Affiliate Manager and this is the only reason I didnt replied on proper time.

Post after post Im adding my contact details for 3 communication channels. I have requested to see bringit!email changed to my personal email (for sure its my fault but Im unable to find where to change it) until this is done I will try to come everyday to this forum to track any possible request or issue, but please help me on that and if you need something please use the easiest way, contact me directly.
