Brightshare to Fortune Affiliates - nothing makes sense?

I received an email saying I had to use my Brightshare login creds to access my Brightshare data ay FA. Did just that BUT no happiness. Invalid login creds was all I was told.

Tried my FA login credentials, they worked. Discover my Brightshare account now combined with my FA account. Ok was expecting that. However, I had two (2) Brightshare accounts, are these both now combined to my FA account???!!!

Secondly, June 2017 affiliate payments. Where are these? They're not in my FA account data. Who is paying those and when???!!!

My BS commissions for June is not showing, so I am going to assume they will pay June's out normal and going forward will be done with FL accounts.
As for your 2 accounts did they have same email?

For the record, I'm owed €x,xxx for my BS June commission.

I've taken another look at my FA account, and it seems, my June 2017 commission from BS, has been rolled over into July at FA, and now is making up what's currently earned so far in commission for July at FA.

Not sure now if BS will pay me/us for June 2017. Hope I'm wrong but it sure looks that way from here

@AussieDave: I don't have much trust in the old Jackpot Factory brands myself anymore but I am sure their affiliate program is just a mess at the moment. Of course they have no right to delay payment, but I would give them a couple days to straighten out the chaos. BS is not known as a no-pay outfit and I am sure they will pay up what you are owed. I hope you took records/ screenshots of your June earnings though.

@CygX1 - oh yes I have screen caps. Had no idea what the future held, and from previous merges, it seems to be a case of Murphy's Law personified. Agreed to stats are probably still haywire. Was just a shock that I couldn't find my June 2017 data. Looking like its been added to FA July, only compounds the mystery further. I'll contact my AM Amanda tomorrow. If she adds me to Skype. Otherwise, I'll phone-a-friend (upper management) at Osiris Trading, asking him to fill in the blanks. Thanks for the input, mate. Cheers

I am seeing new commissions for july but not June's. My accounts are actually not combined to FL stats, 2 separate accounts just login with FL now.

We have our BS account added into our FA account. We can see our June earnings in the
earnings summary for each of the accounts. The summaries are separate but our data is there.

My AM added me to Skype and, we had it sorted in under 10 min. All good now. Thanks for the help, everyone Should also mention, I've had a massive increase in FA earnings since merger. Before, the account was practically empty for months on end.

Guessing FA sent out mailers to ALL my players and they've signed up at casinos they don't have accounts at. Least with FA, your permitted to claim bonuses across all their casinos.

One thing that might have helped is that when BS was running the group, the good players (high rollers) they convinced them into moving to VIP Lounge. When FL took over, they closed down VIP Lounge and moved those players back to where they originated from. This might account for some of that increase you are seeing.
