Brightshare - Temporary Sponsor Removal, Status Change

Until which time we have fully reviewed the new terms and condtions, Brightshare has been removed as a sponsor. The status for the terms is set to a 'warning' state. As I am currently out of town, I felt this was the only fair thing to do for all parties involved.

This was a decision made by me (Andy) and is not a joint decision by the certification team (due, only, to my out of town status and inability to gather the troops quickly enough to render a decision). As such, they are free to disagree with me in this thread

I have finally blacklisted Brightshare. Linking to sites and forums that have done the same or discussing the current retroactive T & C's enforced on affiliates.

Now to remove All Slots from all my sites 8)

If I have missed any site, please let me know and I'll also reference your site and link.

I've started the link removal process today. It should take me over a week to completely remove all of their listings, but they haven't given us much choice. They could've increased their profit margins by offering affiliates more incentives to promote them, like running contests, etc, but instead they decided to increase their profits by stealing affiliate commissions. MAJOR FAIL!!!

Amsterdam is mid June but going on past conferences with rogue programs, people talk a lot beforehand then everything seems fine & dandy when you get there. There was a conference right after the Ladbrokes thing but there didn't seem to be anyone complaining at their stand

You can go undercover with a t-shirt - with a few compelling words about those programs that have misbehaved / domain e.g. roguecasinoprograms.com - under your normal clothes to make a point or hand out some flyers.

BrightShare's place on AGD was clarified months ago directly with Andy.
I've asked him to make this public on the forum.
He has said he'll get to it asap.

Yes, Brightshare is listed as 'low revshare' only and this is due to the 15% revshare clause. Brightshare quickly put this 15% on their commissions page to clarify on all pages that it exists and affiliates can see it.

This term is not retroactive and only applies after May 1st for players brought after this point.

As a result, the decision was made to put them inot the 'Certified with Low Revshare' forum section.

Brightshare should be listed as rogue.

I've been promoting AllSlots.it through (Brightshare.it) and a couple of months ago they have closed. At the time of the closure I've had €72 in my account (marked as paid) that I never received. I've asked Roberto to look into this and he confirmed that I was not paid because the amount was lower than the minimum (€100)... lame excuse...
