Brightshare No response since June 21

Hi all,

I am trying to reach my AM Ajay at brightshare, I called all the given phone numbers on their support page including Phone: +972 4 955 4020 Ext: 376 since Sunday during their "opening times". Nobody ever picked up the phone, I also emailed Ajay since Friday the 19/June without any response.
Brightshare.com own me money for my commissions earned.

I first received an email from Ajay on 18/June stating the following:

"Hope you are well.
Please can you update your payment details on brightshare as we are not able to pay you due to invalid account details.
Thank you"

Since I have been emailing Ajay in order to get my details updated but did not receive any answer, does anyone here know Ajay or someone at brightshare that can help me to get this sorted promptly?

Try support@brightshare.com. I would think that would work.

Thx, but I would think that ajaym@brightshare.com should work fine or one of the phone numbers provided on their website.
Have a look at the support page: http: //www. brightshare. com/support.html the contact info is correct but no answer received since I requested info about my Payment.

Note that Brightshare has not been answering my emails or calls since 72 hours, during business days.

IMO, you should calm down (even if many people don't believe this company, me too) - if you own some earnings with BS - you will receive it (at this time they are in transition from OLD System to new one).

All calm here Kasino :), Since I couldn't reach anyone for a few business days at BS I thought a post here could help in finding the right contact, I simply continue to update this post until payment has been received so that the readers know all has been sorted :)
