I've send them three times the requested documents.Please be aware that your affiliate account with Branders, for one or more of our casinos (Fruity Casa, Slot Planet, 21 Casino, PlayGrand,
Casilando) has been deleted due to not fulfilling our compliance request.
As a result of new regulations, we require all affiliates to send in documentation to support the owner of the affiliate account, similar to the KYC process that players go through. Plus, we need to ensure all affiliates display our welcome offers in a compliant manner. There is no way to keep an affiliate account open with us, unless this has been done and approved by our affiliate compliance director.
The reason we are taking a strict stance on this is because we risk big fines, in joint prosecution with affiliates who breach these guidelines.
This is something we cannot take a chance on, when an affiliate cannot reply to a request of ours or get in touch with their affiliate manager.
We would be more than happy to open your account again if you would like to start this process with us.
We are also going to pay all lifetime revenue share agreements we have, even on deleted accounts. But we still need some contact from you to do this.
Please reply to this email and get in touch so we can get complete this process. We will get back to you ASAP, but please be patient whilst we get through it all.
