Hi All,

Are any of you having success with the bitstarz program? I was previously warned by a competing casino affiliate manager that I would start seeing allot of winners and low NGR after the 1st big month which is exactly whats happened. It could just be coincidence but I want to know if this is everyone experience? Went from a big sum down 70% the following month and then down to negative this month small sample size I know but interested to hear others experiences.

I don't like to point fingers, unless I have solid proof to back it up. But it seems, a lot of the White Label casinos operating as a licensee of the Direx N.V. platform, are literally shafting their affiliates sideways. The WL aff programs I've seen all makes statements such as: we don't shave, we are honest etc., etc., etc. But clearly that's not true. The latest Bitstarz aff program audit reveals they're paying peanuts, compared to the 25% they claim to pay.

Add in that Bitstarz are deducting bonuses lost to casino (player didn't meet wagering or didn't cash bonus out), means, least to me, they aren't very honest at all. In fact, lets call it for what it is, a scam, and theft of rightful commission earnings.

I recall CasinoMeister saying once...
Anything East of Germany, don't touch with a barge pole.

At the end of the day most WL's are gloried affiliates, nothing more than that.

Hi there,

Just to address a couple of things that were mentioned here.

First of all, I completely agree with AussieDave when he mentions that one should not point fingers without solid proof to support a certain claim. Therefore I’m looking forward to seeing that proof from him, as his claims which are directed towards BitStarz and us as a whitelabel are completely false.

We use the Direx N.V platform, but we have no affiliation or contact with the other brands using it. They’re our competitors and we’re not collaborating on anything with them in any way. The only thing we share is the same platform, where we can only see BitStarz related activity and nothing about the other brands. Hence, we're completely cut off and work as our own company and entity.

Now, to your remark: “The latest Bitstarz aff program audit reveals they're paying peanuts, compared to the 25% they claim to pay”.

I think it would benefit us all if you can show us the proof of that as well as I’m sure you wouldn’t be able to know what costs are attributed to the operations and the associated admin fee unless you knew the inner workings of BitStarz. So once again, I’d love to see that evidence to back up your claim as you initially seemed to be quite keen on not pointing fingers without backing it up.

Now, to MrSlimStacks. Thanks so much for your questions posted here. I might be able to clear it up a bit. As I don’t know the extent of your affiliate activity and operation in relation to BitStarz I’ll have to take a bit of a philosophical approach.

If you’re bringing a small group of players to the casino, or perhaps a lot of small players and a big VIP, that revenue figure can fluctuate enormously depending on how big the player is. If it’s a big enough player, it has the potential of tilting all your revenue on it’s head.

I can draw the parallel to being an operator in the beginning phase of running a casino. Just because you have 20 players it doesn’t mean you’ll make money if 19 of them loses 20 EUR and 1 of them win 10 000 EUR.

It’s also quite common that if you have this imbalance among your players, the revenue can be extremely volatile, where the player might be lucky in one month and unlucky in the next, so you’ll get these extreme fluctuations in revenue. This could explain what you experienced.

If you have any other questions, let me know or reach out to your affiliate manager, they can actually give you an in-depth look at the players you brought in and better explain exactly what happened.

@Bitstarz Affiliates - Have no intention to play semantics with you. Instead, the facts speak volumes. If a program advertises commission %'s of 25, 30, 35 and 40, then, those figures should honestly reflect the true commission %, paid. In the case of BitStarz, those commission percentages are falsely advertised.

Today we present to you the real revenue share audit report for BitStarz Affiliates.

  • 25% = 18.75 %
  • 30% = 22.50 %
  • 35% = 26.25 %
  • 40% = 30.00 %

There are other aff programs that pay their stated commission %'s, where, the casinos are licensed in Curacao. There are also other aff programs, where, the casinos are licensed in Malta, Gibraltar, and other jurisdictions, where they too, pay their advertised commission %'s. If 25% commission = 18.75%, or 40% = 30.00%, then be honest and state those figures.

Not stating them as BitStarz chooses not to... My integrity isn't what should be challenged, here :D

Not to edit my above post. I'll add this, quoted directly from my site DOCH.

If “Admin Fees” were a valid GGR deduction, then all programs would use them. But they don’t. Hence, these “Admin Fees” are another fabricated excuse, to pilfer affiliate commissions.

@Bitstarz Affiliates - nothing personal Olle, but your an employee of said company, and it's your job to sugar-coat, shit.
