Hi Paul,

I finally got into the new affiliate backend through the link at the bottom of your email. All the rest of the links did not work (for me anyway) including the promotions page link in the email.

I have not received my personal player account information email yet so can you clarify this for me before I go posting wrong info?

After installing the RTG, if we have an existing Sloto account, we will log in with that and NOT create a new account, correct?

I want to make sure that our members do not create multiple accounts.

Also, the free $7 .... that is just for new players that sign up for the first time with Sloto, correct? Players with an existing account cannot claim it?

I got into my affiliate account, grabbed a link.

I got into my personal player account, claimed the code.

All went smooth for me Paul. Thanks!

OK one thing.

I noticed some affiliates got emailed their player account information because the mailing system doesn't allow duplicated info and it delivered the player info instead of the affiliate.

In case you have this problem. Please contact me so I can get you the affiliate access.

A normal clickable e-mail address would be a lot more convenient for people who want to contact you.

I sent an email to Paul for log in details and I must say that he responded very quickly. I got in all right, but there is a problem with my banking details. So, I am awaiting another email response.

Until Deckmedia shows that all rival players have been mapped to their RTG backend I would avoid promoting them, this has not been communicated properly to us.

I do not see any activity so I guess my complete playersbase has gone, to build another one with them just doesn't make sense to me.

They are there. Just sort Marketing tool type: Direct Download Links.

Choose a group and get the tracker.

Let me know if any issues.


That marketing tool group select box was empty a few hours ago so I couldn't get a link. Now I can, but none of them work...

Blank page apart from this error message:
"The system cannot find the file specified."

I can't confirm or deny that. Our playerbase was gone with these guys months ago! (along with every other Rival casino).

Hi Guys,

We fixed the issue with the download link. tryme was right. This was an issue on RTG end. It's been amended.

I have an update regarding desert nights, and its that the new backend access is ready. You can access it by clicking HERE

Regarding Rhonda's question, and as I previously explained her on Skype, all players were migrated but you will only see them on stats when they actually start playing for real on RTG platform. In case they don't come play on RTG, they will be some sort of "ghosts" waiting to be called. If you guys have any question regarding a particular player you used to see on Rival, just let me know and I will check into that.

I am finally catching up with some issues that arose with the launch, logins, this download link, desert nights back end, coupon codes set up. So I will be focusing on the marketing side of things very soon.

I just checked out the new slotocash casino lobby and also the games. I'm disapointed in the functionality. No images of games, just links which, if you don't keep your mouse pointer smack center the child links close and well...do this a couple of times and it's frustrating.

Plus those links fly, very had to just track down one by one.

Not sure who decided not to have game images but who ever it was obviously doesn't play slots or casino games for that matter. As a player I like to see what the slot game is before I decide to play it...Unless someone is RTG savvy, not being able to view each game before playing it will have a negative impact on deposits.
