Big issues with stat reports

Just wanted to let my fellow affiliates know, there are clearly some big issues with affiliate boosters stats reporting, as both the net revenue and my commission are the same. which Clearly this is not possible.

Affiliate boosters stats, said I had 1 depositing player, which disappeared. I can't get some of the reports to load on my computer. not sure if it's just me. now I'm told I that I do not have any depositors, and that the issue is caused by bonus money not being deducted from the net revenue calculations. It is a pretty big error that desperately needs to be resolved, I was told not to trust the commission figures on affiliate boosters site until such time as the problem has been solved

Hi all,

The reporting issues stem from the affiliate platform not being suited to an online gaming product. It was primarily built for the online retail affiliate vertical, which operates on a very different business model to online gaming. As such, and even though our developers have been modifying it on the fly, the platform has always been problematic when it comes to displaying affiliate startistical reports. This is exactly why the techies have been feverishly working on a brand new affiliate platform over the past 6 months.

We are very close to the new platform being completed... hopefully no more than a month from now... and the aim is that this will resolve all of the reporting hassles. What I can assure you of, however, is that affiliates are being paid what they’re due.
