Europartners have been dodging and avoiding paying their affiliates this is our experience!

Over the course of months of chasing and being referred to many different representatives we became aware that this company where not going to pay us through any means necessary!

We had been told that due to our negative carry over that happened in June we were not going to be paid any revenue for the previous month’s, these being February, March, April and May which does not make any sense at all.

They had decided to drag this out for ages we had relentlessly followed up on the progress of our missing payments and to receive very vague and unclear answers. We contacted them first on the 16th of July the representative said he would take care of our request and let us know more.

We followed up on this to get a response that he is no longer taking care of this brand and will pass us on to someone who is.

We followed up with the second representative who gave us the response that it is due to our negative carry over in June that we should not receive our previous revenue that we made at the beginning of the year.

After being passed from person to person we kept getting the same nonsense replies that we were by now very familiar with, and was told they where going to pass this to there management.

It’s clear to see that they are just dragging out the process in hope that we do not follow up on them and lose interest in the way they are trying to run or in this case not run things.

We hope that this experience can be useful to other affiliates and that they avoid the same misfortune as we have experienced.

I stopped work with Europartners 2 years ago after 9 years of cooperation. They tried to hold my payments and blackmail me.

And never ever belive what Europertners affiliate managers told you. All they words about deals, cooperations, partnership, lifetime revshare is fake. They never keep they words.

Europartners are synonymous for pulling this stunt. They've been playing this game, for at least the last 10+ years.

Pages and pages of AGD threads about these crooks.

Similar result at GPWA forum.

FYI, a quick Google search: Europartners warnings

That quick-search (less than 20 secs) reveals a plethora of affiliates shafted by Europartners. All with similar stories of events.

Why affiliates don't do a little research before joining programs?... Is an action that seems so obvious, but is rarely done. It's not until affiliates like yourself Coreyl get shafted, that you see the light.

In the words of Keith Richards (Rolling Stones) when the band got shafted by their manager: "It's the price of an education."

@Coreyl - seems your a newbie, cause this is your first post here, and 1'st post about the same at the GPWA. Use this bad experience with Europartners, as 'your education' about the online igaming industry. And, to lessen the chances of being shafted, research every aff program you intend to promote ;)

As far as getting paid, put simply you wont. Kiss those commission good-bye and move on.

In closing... There's a huge number of threads on gambling forums about dodgy/rogue affiliate programs (like Europartners) who are ALL located in Tel Aviv (Israel). My advice, don't touch any program who is located there. Because 9 times out of 10 it ends in tears, and unpaid commissions.

BTW... For anyone thinking of throwing the antisemitism red-card my way... It's not antisemitic when backed up with facts, and actions, perpetrated by said party(s).

Next time do your research first. This is about the thousandth time someone has posted something like this about them. It is how they operate and has been known by affiliates for more than a decade.

We were owed money from them for over 3 years. We ended up getting paid because we aren't known for giving up.

Do I dare ask how much it was, as in was it worth the hours you had to put into chasing? Also, did you have some piece of leverage (blacklist etc) or simply sending reminders?

It wasn't a big amount. If I remember correctly, it was around $700.

The excuse that they kept using was that they couldn't pay to where we were.
That was just ridiculous at the time, because everyone else could pay without problems.

They wanted to get added back to our site. They kept promising to find a way to pay us,
if we would add their brands again. They kept saying that we need to add them first,
and a lot of other nonsense.. After going back and forth for quite a while, they agreed
to pay us the amount owed.. but then we needed to add their brands back to our site.
They ended up paying us.. then we began using their stalling tactics against them.

I haven't received any commission payments from them for several years now. They simply stopped paying me and told me that I wasn't sending them enough traffic or players, so I removed their links and have learned my lesson to thoroughly research sponsors before I work with them.

Thank you for sharing! Sounds like the correct way to handle it. If an operator is already not paying for services provided, nobody should ever budge and let them back in without paying those debts. The best leverage we have is withholding traffic. This can be taken even further by demanding pre-payments as a "collateral" for future business. The money you lose if they refuse is all theoretical - if old debts were difficult to collect, same will often be for the new ones.
