When something like a year ago Referback casino brands (former program for Jackpot City) migrated to the new program Buffalo Partners it came together with UK license problems for every Referback brand including Jackpot City. All of a sudden Jackpot City didn't have a UK license and every brand within Buffalo doesn't have.

Betway Partners, owned by the same people as Referback and Buffalo, came up with a solution. They created Spin Casino, and UK players from Referback would be migrated to this casino. A successful migration is in their interest and in mine. Andrew, my manager at Referback, confirmed I had over a 1000 UK players. As it's in their interest you would at least expect a 10% success rate. I had some big depositors at Jackpot City. Another reason to have the UK players migrated successfully to Spin Casino.

The subject line of this post gives every reason to believe a successful migration wasn't the case. A full year of mailing with Betway with multiple Betway agents didn't result in anything. They don't take responsibility and they basicly scammed me up till now.

I made $115.34 with 4 players up till now. What a disgrace! Betway, when do you come up with a solution???!!!!!!

Who else had more or less the same experience as above? Let's bundle the complaints and let them come up with a fair compensation!

I don't know how many UK players I had at the various casinos, who got sent to Spin Casino. All I know is, my earnings at Spin since then has been exactly $1.25!

Some operators will shave/scam you and you'll never know about it. At least with Buffalo you very good evidence that they are doing it.
It's up to the individual affiliate to decide if they want to carry on working with operators like this or not.
You are very unlikely to ever be able to prove it beyond all reasonable doubt, so it just comes down to a personal judgement call.

And people think I'm full of sh#t when I say, this combined group has a bigger investment in these hacked sites, than merely being just associated by affiliate programs.

Who else had more or less the same experience as above? Let's bundle the complaints and let them come up with a fair compensation!

As much as I feel your anguish, I can't see them coming to the party, irrespective of how many affiliates you have, on side. If this is what they've orchestrated (which fits with the MO of Wagershare/Betway), then they have ALL your players and your out in the cold.

Does anyone truly believe that Digimedia et al, are so disorganised, they made a total balls-up of the UK player migrations by accident?

Sorry to say it chaps but IMHO we've ALL been played for suckers....

Guys, you know them for years ... u could count 1+1 and you would know they shave you anyhow

why u think they want always new affiliates ect. once they have one, its time for taking the lunch money out and hand them to Buffalo Partners, Betway and so on

Thanks for your replies.

We can sit back and do nothing or we can make a group and demand compensation. 5 affiliates so far, please reply quickly below if you had the same experience. I think we can make a group of at least 50 affiliates. 50 affiliates are able to create a big difference in the reputation of this group of casinos, so they will compensate or they are just not very keen. A very simple action would be: every affiliate warns 10 "friend-affiliates" about this group. But that would only be step 1 in my perspective.

Please reply to this thread if you want compensation of this group!

There are many ways to use our influence towards their brands. How do you think we should use our influence to get a fair compensation?

Sorry mate but smell the coffee, they've, as you've said, basically stolen from you. Do you think being "fair" or just is in their vocabulary...

They're too BIG to worry about anything affiliates can do to them. Rogue them, they don't care. Blacklist them, they don't care. Call their subsiduaries out for working with criminal hackers, they don't care. Unless your prepared to take legal action on thier asses, then you might as well just give up, let it go and stop stressing about it, cause nothing affiliates can do, will change the way they do business.

Totally agree.
Even if 100's or even 1000+ affiliate took action, they wouldn't give a toss.
Like I said earlier in this thread - it's just down to each individual affiliate to work with them or not.
Absolutely not worth getting yourself stressed-up about. In this business - shit happens (quite a lot!)

That's good to know

So if you big enough you can scam affiliates as you want as noone cares anymore.

I hope every operator is listening now ...

It's not that we don't care - just that we know there is NOTHING we can do to change the operator's ways.
The only thing we can do is let as many affiliates as possible know how we feel and let them make their own decision to Promote or Dump.
Remember, we can't PROVE the program is doing anything dodgy.

It's highly questionable BUT as KK commented...

Remember, we can't PROVE the program is doing anything dodgy.

it's just down to each individual affiliate to work with them or not.

For the recrod, I'm not invalidating what the slots777 posted, all I'm saying is... If he thinks a program is screwing him, then it's HIS CHOICE to either keep promoting them OR kick them to the curb. I know what I'd be doing but I'm not the OP.

With regard to this statement...

So if you big enough you can scam affiliates as you want as noone cares anymore.

Reiterating KK's comments, it's not that affiliates don't care BUT there's not much anyone can do about it. The only thing we can do is speak out it about it on threads like this, in hope, other affiliates; new and old, read our comments and then start wondering if it's worth promoting places who COULD BE stealing players etc...

Hypothetically IF 90% of the affiliate who are currently working with Betway Partners et al, woke up tomorrow and decided to drop all these casinos, I'm sure it would have a devistating affect. However I don't see that happening. Hence unless something catastrophic was to reduces this programs bottom line, they're not going to give a rats what a few affiliates think...

To them it's water off a ducks back.

Betway are redirecting all Aussie traffic to bestaussieonlinecasinos.com - hows that for proving they are dodgy?? I've tested it with a VPN and other locations/countries that I have tested do not redirect, it's just Australian traffic that redirects all Betway.com urls to their own affiliate site bestaussieonlinecasinos.com

Betway affiliate guy emailed and said Betway don't take Australian players and that it's "strange" that Aussie traffic is sent to bestaussieonlinecasinos.com. So I guess they can do whatever they want with traffic they don't accept. Case closed.

You might want to check whatever it is your using for VPN... I'm in Australia and I just opened up betway.com, clicked the casino tab. Neither URL's redirect me anywhere, other than the Betway.com site ;) Sounds to me like your Betway AM is pissing in your pocket!

If I ran my own casino and relied on affiliates to build my business I would bend over backwards to make sure they were looked after. I don't think casinos know how much power affiliates have - they may see short term money but in the long run no one will want to work with them.
