I understand that BV are changing their terms to include negative carryover soon. I'm not sure if this is for new affiliates only or existing ones too.

Anyone hear anything about this?

For everyone:

BetVictor said:
Dear Affiliate,

Please be informed that due to changes in our company policy, as from the 1st of December 2015, all Betvictor Affiliate accounts will be subject to Negative Rollover going forward.

This decision has not been made lightly but we feel that in this changing climate of regulation and licensing it’s the only truly fair and sustainable affiliate commission model.

For the avoidance of doubt any commissions earned in November that have a negative balance will NOT be carried over into December.

Kind regards,
BetVictor Affiliates

It is a huge mess what happened during this year. Felt the half of operators stopped accepting traffic from Germany, or cutting the deals like Skybet, or cheating in CPA deals or including NCO?!

Yes received email as well today. So they email us this 1 WEEK YES 1 WEEK before and gives us same run around like skyvegas. Just wait 5 % commission soon as well and a nice clause about minimum referred players will be next.

I emailed them a simple answer on the above email > BS

I would advice everyone to do the same! They will join the Rogue bunch like sky soon as well. They dont care either about affiliates and that email was indeed BS.

I agree and as soon as their terms come out, we will likely have to ROGUE them for breech of contract. So sad.

Don't give a toss - they are the only program EVER to dump me (for not meeting their stupid new players quota).

I do feel sorry for any Sport Affs who are effected - casino affs are a LOT better off without these sorts of programs.

On a similar vein: How many big UK Bookmakers + Casino operators DON'T have NCO or quotas these days?
I think Stan James, Paddy Power, BetFred & Boyles are still OK... but for how much longer...?

BetVictor has been screwing affiliates for years.

While some programs have ethics & values, and stand by an agreement for life time revenue, is an agreement set-in-stone, fact is most don't. We've always been at the mercy of operators - ever since day one.
