i personally dont mind bitcoin. Although having more choice is always better than being stuck only with one option now. But I guess they gotta do what they gotta do to keep paying both players and affiliates.

Just got another e-mail... now THIS does sound ridiculous!

Our Support team will then verify that the address you've provided is unique. We will not use a BTC address if you've had any other transaction to or from it. This includes but is not limited to other programs, personal use, businesses, etc.

Each month around the 14th, your payment method will be set to "None", leaving no trace of the previous address used. To avoid any delays, always provide a unique address after the 15th to ensure we have what we need to get you paid!

Bitcoin addresses can only be registered by logging into your account and storing it yourself. We will not accept any addresses via email or tickets.

We will never use the same address twice nor will we use an address you've used elsewhere.

You will have from the 15th of each month to the 2nd of the following month to update your address. Any address received after this date will not be triggered and will fall under next month's commissions.

I hope this isn't a big a pain in the arse as it sounds...
(Not used BitCoin yet).

Normally, you have several Bitcoin addresses to receive funds, so it shouldn't be a problem to
have a new one every month. The hassle will be to add in a new one to the affiliate program every
month.. because if you end up forgetting, then it sounds like your commission will roll over.

Not sure why they can't use the same one every month. I think it would be better for affiliates
to just use one and then label it as such, so that they know all payments to that Bitcoin address
are coming from Betting Partners. I've been bringing myself up to speed on Bitcoin lately. :)

The question is will it be easy see the last address used?
Generally you can see all your used addresses within the wallet - and you can even make notes as to what they were used for.
But typically it seems that if you want to receive money you go in an generate a new receive address.

Thanks G. I didn't get that far but I did see it generate a bunch when you first create a wallet.

I've been using the standalone version on a flash drive and was thinking it would create the wallets on it but it turned out it created them in the /Appsdata folder. Moving the Electrum folder to the flash and renaming the one under Appsdata did not work as I though it would and simple behaved as it did when first running it.

I'm going to try it again later as I read in a forum it remembers the last location.

This member did what I was trying to to.

I don't know if its recommended, but I have installed Electrum to a USB drive and then copied my default wallet from C:\users\yourname\Appdata\Roaming\Electrum\default_wallet to my USB at F:\Electrum\usb_wallet

The only issue is that after you exit Electrum on your USB and then open Electrum on your main computer, Electrum remembers the last location of where you tried to open your wallet. In my case, this happened to be my USB drive, so it used my usb_wallet instead of the one on my computer's hard drive. I just re-pointed Electrum to the correct location on my hard drive by doing a File Open and everything was okay.

Now that betting partners will only pay in BTC, does anyone know of a quick and cheap way to transfer funds from bitcoin wallets to Skrill or a Bank account?
For us we ordered a bitcoin ATM card for USD 9.00 from a company called SpectroCoin, we can transfer some funds from our Electrum account & cash out as required. Depending on what currency you cash out you will be hit with up to a 3% currency exchange rate plus a small yearly card fee. They were easy to deal with when i had to verify ID & i paid for the bitcoin ATM card with my credit card, no need to deposit bitcoin (which i don't have yet) to get a card. https://spectrocoin.com/en/bitcoin-debit-card.html

Update: SpectroCoin does not accept US residents.

So far it seems I will use Electrum as my Bitcoin wallet. (poloniex.com if you want to exchange btc to eth, I think @slotplayer (? could have been someone else) mentioned he was looking for a btc/eth wallet earlier) and circle.com to withdrawal to my bank.

I have made friends with some super smart guy whos been using bitcoin for years.. These are his recommendations :)

Its nothing yet.. But this has really caught my interest so I'm putting together a bitcoin type help forum :) Don't know if it will take off, but I think it could gain interest and help some people.. It will be supported by some small sidebar casinos that 'now accept bitcoin'.. But casinos won't be the main goal of the forum, more of a hobby / help forum for new btc (and eth) users.

After reading 100s of articles on bitcoin, we could be on the front end of something pretty amazing. Might as well try and capitalize on it :)

I tried joining Gemini but they were not accepting my state (MA) and they also send a code via cell. I try and not give my out cell number, so they're out. Searched the t & c for gambling but no matches.
