Betmaster not paying affiliates! - RESOLVED

Dear AGD community,

We just would like to warn all affiliates to be cautious when working with betmasterpartners.com
They didn't pay us and are ignoring all the messages we are sending them related to payment delays.
It's easy to get onboard and started with them. But you will never get paid. Beware!

Knowing you were paid is great!

However, not knowing why you didn't get paid, emails ignored and finally, posting to AGD to get help, makes me wonder what was the problem to begin with.

There was an issue with the payment method.

Hi Freshcorn, glad this is solved and we'll make sure to pay more attention to this in the future. We value all our affiliates and always try to accomodate their needs, but sometimes these situations happen. Apologies for your negative experience, let's continue and it will be smooth sailing from now on :)

Withdrawing via BTC. I sent them an invoice and it was ignored.

Actually, I am trying to locate one of their previous payments and can't seem to find it. Now I asked them to confirm the BTC amount and they are not providinh the requested information...

We got a player complaint. Asked for her payment, but in the end CasinoIn closed her account.

She has sent us screenshots of her conversation with the customer service... disaster!

@Freshcorn - We have received a response from the rep and they have stated that payment was made in July, they would normally provide proof of payment however back then they were using a 3rd party provider and cannot locate POP so far back. This matter is considered as resolved.

@MissExposé - This is technically not possible as we are talking about a payment for July. The earliest it could have been paid (in theory) would be August. However, I cannot locate such payment in my BTC wallet. Therefore I consider it unpaid until they provide proof of payment. Using a 3rd party provider is not an excuse. They can contact the 3rd party provide and get a POP from them. Thanks for your help anyway.

One of their brands refuses to pay a player, because of this term:

4.11. The Company has a right to terminate this Agreement without a preliminary notice and without giving additional explanations, then available funds on the balance free from any liabilities to the Company or other third parties will be paid out to the payment system used for depositing or any other at the sole discretion of the Company.
