Betive Partners Heads = no payment Tails= No Payment

Just a heads up that we have been owed commissions dating back to December from Betive Partners. They haven't paid and refuse to respond to any e-mails. Anyone else had problems with these guys? Are they out of business or going out of business? Any information on them would be appreciated. I guess if all else fails I will search them out at one of the conferences and have a good discussion about this.
