Hello AGD community,

Today we present you the real revenue share audit report for BetChain Affiliates.
We have a 35% revenue share deal with them. They have 1 casino brand - BetChain.

We deposited EUR 20 via Skrill and took the welcome bonus (100% WELCOME BONUS up to 1 BTC / €200 / 3,000 ZAR / A$/C$ 600 / + 200 Free Spins (10 FS per day for the next 20 days)).

Our start balance was EUR 40:

We activated and claimed the first set of 10 free spins as well:

And continue playing several different slots:

In the end, we lost all the funds. However, since the welcome bonus is 100% up to 1 BTC / €200 / 3,000 ZAR / A$/C$ 600 / + 200 Free Spins we still had 10 FS to play per day in the next 19 days.

So in order to check how these sets of FS affect the statistics, we played 2 more sets of FS: one on Saturday (10 FS) and one on Monday (10 FS). We checked the statistics for AGD audit campaign after playing but it remained the same as before (the day we deposited and lost the funds - March 22nd). So we realized that those daily sets of 10 FS do not affect the stats, which could be seen in the image below:

We could conclude that for the deposit of EUR 20, the Net Gaming Revenue is EUR 20. Our earnings should be 35% of that amount, which should be EUR 7.

Since the Net Gaming Revenue amount is the same as the deposit amount, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is EUR20 / EUR20 = 100% which is an excellent result!

Finally, your advertised revenue share rate is exactly the same as your real revenue share rate:

  • 25% = 25%
  • 30% = 30%
  • 35% = 35%
  • 40% = 40%
  • 45% = 45%
New audit results can be seen here.

Nice. I'll have to join the affiliate program for this one.

I'm checking the terms page now, it was last updated on May 23, 2018, before this audit, and according to it there are administration fees. Anyone who worked with them, are the numbers as clean as the audit suggests?

1.15. “Net Gaming Revenue” or “NGR” means all monies received by Company from New Customers as placed bets, less (a) winnings returned to New Customers, (b) issued bonuses, (c) net balance corrections, (d) administration fees, (e) fraud costs and chargebacks. For the avoidance of doubt, all Net Gaming Revenue amounts mentioned above are only related to New Customers referred to Company Websites by the Affiliate Website(s).

JTK has a point here, as none of the softswiss brands are without admin fees.

We have contacted affiliate representatives about the admin fees stated in their T&C's and we received the update that BetChain's admin fee on NGR is 10%.

Are they paying out to players on time and keeping them happy so that they have a reason to return to play? Otherwise, these % numbers mean ZERO.
