Best Casino Partner we all remember as the program who enacted a predatory term and affiliates united in response to the egregious action. BCP made a change at that time to ensure it was not a retroactive term (after affiliates screamed). Now, many months later, the term appears to be removed. We will talk with the folks at BCP to verify this change.

REMOVED TERM, Predatory Term, Minimum Player Rule
If your account balance is less than $50 or $200, the amount will be carried over to the next month’s payment. Any Partner Account established post-Nov. 1, 2008 that remains inactive for a period of 90 days will be adjusted to a revenue percentage of 15 percent. Should this account remain inactive for a further 90 days this percentage will drop to 5 percent. Once an ”inactive” account reflects a minimum of one depositing player having been sent the account will be set at a base revenue share of 30 percent. ”Inactive” is defined as no new qualified players delivered within this prescribed period

Summary:This terms change should have happened many months ago. Better late than never, but we will contact BCP to be sure this change is indeed one that is not a mistaken upload of an old webpage

That's great.
I still think that AGD had influence. The public exposure of weak terms makes it an issue for the programs to have to deal with. The little guy wins on this one.

Their terms are ok.

As always, approach places that change terms to predatory WITH EXTREME CAUTION.

I know they have changed and I believe they are both places with integrity (CasinoBlasters and Best Casino Partner). However - when a program changes terms like this and doesn't listen to a large mass of affiliates complaining.... that's not a great sign.

Personally, I am giving them some time before promoting... I wouldn't want to be caught in a bad term because I jumped too quickly.

I thought I'd say a few words on my experience with BCP.

I made a test site 2 years ago for affiliate refferals. I've got to say the BCP has paid me on time every single month via Neteller, and I've never had any problems or discussions regarding exposure, or min. players etc.. The second tier revenue is steady and growing.

That's my experience, and I'm not affiliated with them in any way.

As AGD says, use caution.
