This is a last resort as I'm fed up with the lack of communication with Berry Partners (http://www.berrypartners.com/). I have outstanding payments with them since before November 2015.

I have used all methods to contact them and was successful about 6 weeks ago by going through live chat on the casino website and getting them to forward an email to the affiliate team, one Daniel Anderson.

He promised to make my outstanding payments. I have heard and seen nothing since and any follow up emails remain unanswered. He won't respond to skype requests or the emails I am having forwarded to him by the support team.

I am at a loss as to what to do and don't understand why they should be behaving like this.

Anyone have any contact details or advice on what i can do?

In the meantime I'd recommend not promoting them.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Neil.

You might want to edit the link to the aff program Neil ;)

Apart from that... I see the company is registered in Cyprus. No offense to Greek members of AGD but I tend to be very cautious when dealing with casinos managed or incorprated from there.

Don't know if it's related but there was thread over at GPWA about a rogue Cyprus operator. I don't have the link.

Edit: Found this link over at CasinoMeister, seems VegasBerry.com operated by Flavidus Limited, is operated under a umbrella company of MYEG BV casinos. The Full Thread is here -

A post of that thread has some good info:

Now I've been paid! Vegasberry support did it while i was online to them. Apparently the payment wasn't going because i have a Neteller account and am based in the UK. Although I gave them details of my Skrill account weeks ago.

All down to poor communication on their part.!

You got paid less than 40 minutes after posting your complaint here!?
They probably got afraid of the dog before it starts barking. :D

November commission paid in March! that's an program to avoid.
Just wondering if they actually do pay players as well.

I might be ignoring something here but being in the UK shouldnt be a problem to be paid to Neteller or Skrill.
or is it?
