Hello AGD community,

Today we present to you the new real revenue share audit report for Bao Casino Affiliates.

They have Bao Casino as their brand.

Affiliate Reporting Platform: Q
https://affiliates.baocasino.com/#/sign_in
Affiliate Reporting Platform.jpg

We deposited €20 via Skrill and took a welcome bonus of 100% up to 200.
Cashier.jpg

Our funds with the bonus were €40.

We started playing some slots:
Slot 1 Start.jpg

Slor 2 Start.jpg

Slot 3 End.jpg

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:
Stats.jpg

For the deposit of €20 via Skrill the Net Gaming Revenue was €10.
Our earnings should be 40% of NGR which is €4.

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 10/20= 50%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
  • 25% = 12.50 %
  • 30% = 15.00 %
  • 35% = 17.50 %
  • 40% = 20.00 %
  • 45% = 22.50 %

so I understand this correct.
You deposited 20. but you only got 40% commission from the 10.
So the other 10 was fees for taxes, hidden costs etc?

Would be interesting to know what happens if you deposit 1000 instead of 20. Then maybe you get 40% out of 990? Or 40% out of 500? Ok I guess it's the latter, but let me dream a bit ;)

And we thought fastpay-casino, and bitstarz was bad.
They don't hold a candle to this woefully bad 22.5% loss on 45% commission.

Seems these white labels are getting hammered in fees, which, are being passed onto affiliates. Other than being a total rip-off (scam) there's no other explanation other than HUGE fees leveled at affiliates.

Either way not good. So I'll pass on this one too.

Hi everyone,
Hope you’re doing well and staying safe these days.

In order to make sure there’s no miscommunication let me please clarify the whole story of how we calculate NGR and GGR.
So first of all, let’s take a player who gets a 100% match bonus on a 200 EUR deposit and then loses both the 200 EUR bonus and the 200 EUR cash. That means we will have 400 EUR GGR and only 200 EUR NGR.

But there can be two different scenarios: the player can either use the bonus or leave it and play with his cash only.

1. Let’s first take a look at the no bonus scenario:

The player makes a 200 EUR deposit and loses all sum – GGR is 200.
NGR (Casino Profit) = GGR – Admin Fee
NGR= 200 - 50 (25 % admin Fee from GGR) = 150.
In the end, 40% revenue deal will bring 60 EUR earnings

2. And here’s the scenario with included bonus:

GGR = Total Bets (real money and bonus) – Total Wins (real money and bonus)
NGR (Casino Profit) = GGR – Bonus – Admin Fee
So, 400 (GGR) - 200 (used bonus) - 100 (25% admin fee from GGR) = 100 NGR
In the end, 40% revenue share deal will bring 40 EUR earnings.

Please, kindly note that the 25% admin fee is average on the market among white label brands, so we’re not trying to get any extra earnings here.

We are fully transparent and always ready to share any additional information and calculations because we value the cooperation with our affiliates. We don’t hide anything and this information can be given by every affiliate manager in Bao Affiliates.

To sum it up, we’d also like to ask AGD to do one more audit report for us by making the deposit without using the bonus as it was done for some other brands (Bitstarz, Playamo, 7stars, etc).

Thank you and have a great day!

Why are you taking 25% admin fee from the bonus money when it is not real funds.

An admin fee should only ever apply to real funds.

I have always said the audit tests on AGD should be done with bonus money and another with a regular deposit to see the difference.

There are brands out there that give bonuses to their players left, right and center if your calculations are right the affiliate would get peanuts compared to the rev share promised.

Hi Gilmar,

Could you please contact your affiliate manager, and clarify the percentage of the players who did claim the bonus part. I'm pretty sure the number is going to be around 15-20% because a lot of gamblers prefer not to take any bonuses, cause of wagering or any other conditions of using bonuses.

Additionally, the audit is reviewing only the first deposit with the welcome bonus. Does anybody work here on the Revenue Share condition only for the first deposit?
PM me if so :)

At the moment we only have capacity to do one audit per program and that audit will include a bonus. There are thousands of affiliate programs and we want to try do them all but its not necessary to do 2 per brand at this time.

AGD members are more then welcome to do their own audits (without taking a bonus) and the results can be posted here.

I've spent 20$ using reflink from band new affiliate account, but couldn't post screenshots. Receiving "You are not allowed to post links!" error.

So, I've deposited $20 dollars and that was my 1 mistake cause affiliate system provides money data in euros. Declined bonus offer and started losing money.

My second problem that I don't know how to spend the last 5 cents.

MxICaoC.png

Because it's a new affiliate account - my revshare from NGR should be 25%

FGo3fsNbTWKM3Klq5jtjAA.png

But it looks like I'm still getting 40%

So in the case when player not using bonuses - effective NGR is 13.72/18.34 = 74.8%
But I think that majority of players will take that welcome bonus and here is the question - the casino offers a bonus, but split fees from it with an affiliate. How fair is that?

Sorry for any mistakes, it's my first time, I hope it won't be so painful for me :)
