August 2014 Commission?

    You guys pay by the 10'th working day, least that's what your T&C's state. Which you've stuck to for a while now. However August was not received on Friday 2014/09/10 (which was the 10'th working day).

    When is August commission being paid?

    They take months to pay players who win, so an extra day or two for affiliates shouldn't pose a problem...

    To be totally transparent this was my first full payment run as Affiliate Program Manager and I took extra care to ensure all payments were correct and that all details in the system were 100% up to date (small things like emailing affiliates to double check Iban's that looked odd or to confirm account numbers).

    This meant I lost a day or so on processing but I would rather that than not pay someone due to a simple error.

    Those who got paid due to the small anomalies I picked up being corrected have certainly expressed their appreciation for not having to sit through the long delays a bounced payment would have caused.

    Albeit I've seen a few threads were players have not been paid.

    Though, if and when a player contacts me with a payment issue, not only from Grand Reef but any other casino, I contact the casino management and get them paid. After promoting GRC since 2011, I've only had one player with a payment issue. Which was fixed within 24 hours.

    I can't answer for other affiliates and what they do or say on their sites. However I make sure all my referred players are savvy about ID docs, T&C's and bonus rules/conditions. Given only one of my players has had a payment issue, since 2011, I can only wonder if the referring affiliates have taken the care I do, when I promote casinos.
