Tried this one today - and at first I thought Rival had dropped a cog on it!
But it turns out it's just a different design feature from ALL their previous slots (either by accident or on purpose?)

When using autoplay (which I nearly always do), the wilds don't expand.
(i.e. you don't SEE them expand - but they do still pay correctly).
On ALL earlier slots, you see the wild expand and have the option to "skip" the animation by clicking the start button.

When pressing spin manually, the wilds do expand.

Duwayne, can you ask if this was intentional or an oversight?

Hi KK,

Just tested now and the wilds do expand on autoplay if you set your Advanced Autoplay settings to "5 seconds between spins" - this allows the expanding wild animation to play.

I agree that this is the first time a Rival game is not allowing the Expanding Wild to do its thing. Will check in with them to see if it can be changed to allow a "SKIP" functionality to be added.

Well I'm not setting it to 5 seconds - that's like forever!
When I use autoplay I hardly ever increase the time between spins - if I do, it's only 1 second on slots where I'm counting the spins played so I can calculate how much WR I've done when playing with a bonus.

This reminds me of one feature Rival changed some years ago; when using autoplay you could leave your mouse pointer over the "stop auto" button and see how many spins had been played, and when you hit a bonus feature (NOT free-spins) the display would remain so you could record how many spins you had done.
But when they changed the autoplay to give better functionality, they got rid of this
(When you hit a bonus OR free-spins, the autoplay counter instantly vanishes).

If there was just ONE thing I could change about Rival slots, it would be to have the number of spins played during auto-play constantly visible without having to "hover over" the button, and for that display to remain on the screen until I press "Play Bonus" or "Start Free-spins".
I don't suppose that will ever happen, but there's no harm in hoping. eh?

Rival have advised that they will look into getting the expanding wild animation in autoplay to play as it does during normal play. Should take about 2 weeks.
