I was contacted by AceRevenue Affiliates who promotes the Silver Oak Casino. Does anyone know anything about the two?

They are on our radar, but their terms have not yet been evaluated.

I believe they have some strange terms as I recall, but can look towards my notes if you want. I don't have them in front of me, but can log into the audit PC for retrieval if you need that information.

I just found in Casinomeister's list of Rogue Casinos Silver Oak as a rebranded casino of the Crystal Palace Group casinos. I think I would rather not come anywhere near this casino.

Thank you for keeping up with this, BTW. That is definitely not a good sign - Casinomeister is the authority on Casinos and if this is what he says, be assured that it is 100% accurate.

Thanks for the information, Nandakishore.

I have always trusted Casinomeister's judgement on Rogue Casinos myself. :)

They can't be rogued -They are CAP Certified :p

Can we please put quotes around that :) j/k... but for those who don't know, 'CAP Certification' is paid for and not given based upon merit (common knowledge).

Our certifications are only based upon merit and not $$$.

Big difference, IMO :) Same with Casinomeister, he is not paid to certify or rogue - so that information is valuable.

Hi People

My Name is Alex and I’m the affiliate manager from AceRevenue Affiliates, I have being able to see there's a lot of people afraid of making business with us, I just want to clarify what our company is and what is not .

I just checked the list Casinomeister has, and saw they state in their records that some of the rebranded stuff was made effective in January 2007. We had nothing to deal with those names at that date; we purchased the group in July, almost a year and a half after that.

I’m not posting this to clean out the name or the operation (facts will do it), just letting you note that we are making big things here. We are letting know also that we don’t hide, if anyone has questions please don’t hesitate to contact me, I’m always available for you people to clean out any doubts or questions you might have.

A Scam operation will hide and try to avoid threads like this but we don’t, we are very happy to face and clarify any errors from the past (even if they were not made by us), and also let people notice we are a completely new operation.

We sent emails to people in a list from the Old Crystal Palace Group in order to reactivate old affiliates, by mistake some of those emails were sent twice and that’s why a lot of people received the info twice, I offer my apologies to any one reading this if you didn’t wanted to receive information of a new company trying to convert traffic for you and wanting to give you money

Adam (The Operation Manager) or me are always available for you, don’t hesitate to contact us!

Emails:

Adam@acerevenue.com
Alex@acerevenue.com

Phone: 888-731-2427

PD: You are about to see big changes in our brands, please be patient and clean any bad thoughts you have about us.

Hi Guys, Adam here the program manager for AceRevenue. We manage the casino affiliate program for Silver Oak Casino.

First of all the spam - I apologize if we have sent you all a lot of email. This is us trying to be keen and get you all involved in something new.

Second thing is about the rogue listing on CasinoMeister - I respect Bryan's opinions in most cases but with this one he will have to give us time to prove ourselves. We took over the Crystal Palace group in July 2008 - a bunch of former gaming company employees got together in Vancouver and were at the end of our time at their employment with a pretty big sportsbook, casino and poker room and were looking into something new when RTG presented an opportunity to acquire and revitalize Warren Cloud's old brands.

So since July we picked up what was the old Crystal Palace group and since then have been working on a new casino building a solid base of happy players. I strongly believe our status on CM is due to the fact that Crystal Palace were rogued, alas, we are not Crystal Palace and Warren has for sure sadly passed on.

If you would like to discuss more please contact myself or Alex. You can schedule a call with me any time - email me at adam [@] acerevenue [dot] com or PM me on this board.

AGD - we were also trying to work with you on our terms to get them verified and made fair before we went public with you on here. I am hoping that we can still do that and iron out those 'fishy' parts as you say and make it a fair setup.

Sorry i don't care if santa clause owns them now i wouldn't touch these brands ever.

Lol CBG @ santa claus comment :)

They acquired form RTG was the player list and contacts. It's a completely new brand. I respect your standing, I wouldn't want anyone to promote a brand new company and product if they are unhappy with it in any way.

PS. Andy can you PM me pls? We need to do some work on a few things, like a new casino we are acquiring - thanks!

Let me take a closer look at this program. I like to give all programs a good chance and I know this casino (previous incarnation of it) was not a great place to play, but with ownership changing completely (under disheartening circumstances) it is possible that good things are coming.

Yes, this is a program that is in the list (tomorrow, BTW) to be reviewed by the certification team. It may take a bit longer than the typical certification due to the amount of research that will need to be done, but it will be done.

Thanks in advance.

I am sure Warren cloud had managers and probably even partners.I AM NOT BUYING THAT THE casino got sold to new owner ,we knew these sites would resurface just a matter of when. When i make up my mind it is made up :)

I have not bought into this yet either. I will be doing extensive research. Additionally, no program will be certified at AGD if they have rogue casinos (at CasinoMeister).

So - they will have to pass our test at AGD... and they will have to clear their rogue status at CM. If that happens, then they will legitimately deserve to be recognized as a new outfit. CM will not un-rogue without 100% certainty, of that I am positive.

Silver Oak Casino Sucks!!

1/31/09 i won $500 at Silver Oak Casino with the free $50 promotion, They were issuing me a check. Then on 2/3/09 I saw another free $15 promotion on their website, I applied the code and won another $613.85.
I went to log into my account and it said to contact customer service.
I called or customer service, the man i spoke with was very helpful. he said that the casino was holding my money until i made a deposit.... then i would get ALL of the money i had won!!!!!! I said that i would make a deposit, no problem!!!! But i needed my account reopened to do so. He then said to email payouts@silveroakcasino.com and they would reopen my account so i could make a deposit and COLLECT MY WINNINGS!!!!
I did as he instructed to get the following response:
This is Mike K with Silver Oak Casino. When you are ready to deposit your account will be opened as far as the 500 it was removed please take a look at the casino rules one chip is allowed befor or between deposits.
I replied:
so does that mean i only get one of my withdrawls? That I stated in my original email? How much do I need to deposit to get my winnings?
The casino replied:
This is Mike K with Silver Oak Casino. The money was voided and removed from the account for not following casino rules.
I replied:
What does that mean????
And I am not getting ANY of the $1113.85 that I WON????
He (mike k) never answered ANY of my questions!!!
Is your casino a SCAM???
I have NO problem reporting you to the Better Business Bureau if I have to!!!
If your casino doesn't handle this matter accordingly!!!!
I didnt know i couldn't use the 2nd bonus AFTER I won the 1st bonus and was waiting for my $500.00.
Why didnt your cashier deny the coupon???????????????????
The casino replied:
This is Mike K with Silver Oak Casino. YOUR ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED BECAUSE YOU VIOLATED THE CASINO RULES. PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES AND READ THE RULES ON THE WEB PAGE. THE MONEY IS NOT BEING HELD, IT WAS REMOVED BECAUSE OF THE VIOLATION OF THE RULES. THIS IS THE THIRD EMAIL I HAVE SENT YOU EXPLAINING THE SAME ISSUE. YOU MUST READ AND FOLLOW THE RULES ON THE SITE.
I replied:
I am reporting you to the better business bureau and the other appropriate agencies for casino scams and fraud.

What can I do???

I think we need to look deeper into this for holligibson's sake. It sounds like they are acting much like a rogue casino as well as a spamming outfit.

I WILL look into this today.
