Hi Guys,

I am having troubles with fortuneaffiliates.eu, first of all their conversions are really bad + my login is not working today.
Already some months ago I had an agreement with them to keep my revenue share on 40% for a period of 6 months and they lowered it without notice. After an entire day of wasting time in emailing them, they then finally solved it.
Anyhow very unprofessional in my opinion.
Anyone having problems with them too??

Would love to hear some opinions about them.

Thanks for your feedback, over the past 2 months they took about 2 weeks to reply to me.

I will leave the name of my AM out of this, I really think that a company such as fortune affiliates should be professional and such things shouldn't happen at all. In addition their conversions are unbelievably bad

I brought them so far 125 new registrations and 46 depositing players.

Should I really be waiting 2 weeks for their replies and have trouble in logging in my account?

I'm curious (if you feel like sharing this information) -- how many clicks did you send to get those 46 new depositors?

To me, a "bad" conversion rate is when I have to send more than 300 clicks to get a single new depositor. i.e. if I send 300 clicks, I should see at least 1 new depositor; if I send 3,000 clicks, I should see at least 10 new depositors -- ideally many more, if the casino converts well.

Just wondering how you are measuring your conversion rate....

About the communication issues -- my affiliate manager (Wayne W.) is always very responsive whenever I contact him.

Have a look at this screenshot from the first month working with them:

Exactly, the number of clicks and downloads shown on their stats is completely irrelevant to the real numbers. My Google analytics stats from that period showed me about 100 UV a day. Their brands were placed on the first 2 spots of my site with top money converting traffic.

My conversions with them are... pretty non-existent.
My earnings with them for the last FOUR months are... non-existent!
(i.e. $0)

I also often have trouble logging in to their affy sites - especially the US version, which I STILL haven't managed to get into this month to check March's zero stats... :(

It does look like there is something amiss with their reporting though, for example in March I saw:
38 Impressions
66 Visits!
(0 sign-ups, of course)

They are nice guys, but conversions are poor and they have the worst affiliate site I have ever had the misfortune of using. It gives me nightmares just thinking about it.

Its horribly slow and designed to mimic a shopping site that forces you go through about 9 page reloads of hell just to get a banner which they won't even let you download. The media search page has 6 or 7 drop downs that force a full page reload every time you make a selection (did I mention its slooow), just to change the contents of the other selections. Then you have to add banners and links to a shopping cart, preview the cart, then check out, and then you can't even grab them - instead they email it all to you and half the time it ends up in your spam folder. WTF were they smoking? Its like some beginner web designer's school project or the car that Homer Simpson designed.

I don't like that as well, if at least the rest would be better. I sent my AM an email regarding some questions for some improvements on March 17th, still no reply on that

I hate the shopping cart thing too - it turns getting the simplest banner into a monumental refresh fest. Quite often I cba with it so I stick another brand up instead.

For me fortune affiliates have always been up and down - but more down than up recently. Players disappear for months and then come back and maybe lose a little bit, then they are gone again for months. They have never been a great earner anyway.

They are also paying later and later each month.
