Any tips on how to get RTG & Rival operators to pay up?

As per the thread title - I am having problems getting my commission pay from a couple of Rival & RTG affiliate operators - some of it goes back 4 months (May's commission). They have paid me previously; things only started slipping a few months back.

Apart from regular e-mailing or Skyping (only to be ignored of fobbed-off) - does anyone know of any other ways to put pressure on these guys to pay up?

Cheers,
KK

Rival - contact me. I can typically help. Dieter can as well (Tropica). RTG is harder, but if you send them an email CC'ing me - I can lend support.

Hi KK,

I am happy to lend a hand by escalating this thread to Rival once the casinos are listed.

You can email me with your logins, brand names and amounts and I will send it off to our account manager. There are some operators though who are simply not paying. Rival would need to address it with those companies concerned.

Regards,
Dieter

I'd love to know who these affiliate programs are so that I will be careful not to sign up with them.

Well I wasn't going to name them yet - but what the &£%$ - things can't get any worse, and I would HATE for any of my fellow affiliates to fall into the same trap and any more players to get jerked around by these cowboys...

AffLuckMachine (Lucky Spins - RTG) - owe me over $6K for June to Sept.
Affiliate Gold Mine (Crazy Luck - Rival) - owe me over $700 for June to Sept.
Golden Lady Affiliates / Casino (Rival) - owe me over $2K for July to Sept.

Lucky Spins was a brand new casino in April or May (?) - they paid me for May (5 weeks late), but it's been just one broken promise after another since then.
Crazy Luck have been around for years. Often needed chasing, but they did pay regularly-ish until May this year.
Golden Lady launched June 2014: I added them to my site in Feb - and they paid me near-enough on time 5 months in a row (Very early 3 times!)... but then they just suddenly stopped after June.

Obviously I have removed all brands from my site, and I apologise to any players I referred that have run into problems with them (I haven't had any actual complaints, but it is possible that people have been messed around over their withdrawals).

{Edited later to add} Seems Rival are already on the "Crazy Luck case" - but are not being very successful in getting them to pay up...

I have very good reason to believe that Crazy Luck & Golden Lady are owned and run by the same person/company - so it's not really a big surprise that they both stopped paying at the same time...

Thank you @KasinoKing for naming the brands. I was actually going to sign up with AffLuckMachine (Lucky Spins - RTG) but was holding off since I didn't know much about them/they have not been around long. I guess now I am happy I did. Just wanted to say thanks because letting everyone know will prevent others from falling into the same situation.

Thank you KK. signed up to Golden Lady as well but never really promoted them.

Btw, I noticed that in 2 out of 3 cases when something like this happens, looking backwards i know that i could've see it coming. Checking now the emails and communication i had with Golden Lady and Lucky Spins, I think that's true here as well.

This comment is of course not to point a mistake, but to tell us all and mainly myself, that we should trust our senses, and when something feels not right, it's probably true.

Anyway, hope you will get paid.

P.S. just read my post again. hope i managed to express myself correctly.

Thank you KasinoKing. Luckily I haven't joined any of those affiliate programs.

Update (one month later):
AffLuckMachine (Lucky Spins - RTG) - owe me over $6K for June to Sept.
Affiliate Gold Mine (Crazy Luck - Rival) - owe me over $700 for June to Sept.
Golden Lady Affiliates / Casino (Rival) - owe me over $2K for July to Sept.
After Dieter (Refilliates) kindly escalated my issue to Rival, I was finally paid up in full by Golden Lady in 2 payments on October 21st & 27th.
Thanks Dieter!

But no change with Crazy Luck & Lucky Spins - both are just completely ignoring all my (polite and professional) e-mails & Skype messages :(

The Rival payments, whilst ridiculously late, the silver lining is, with help, you got these sorted and were paid. As far as RTG programs, nothing you don't know but a long and sustained history of shadiness, if it's a dodgy operator. Seems that's the case here.

$6K loss is a disappointing blow.

With all the stuff going down these days, I'm being super conservative on who I promote. Anyone who can't pay-on-time or within a few days of the due date, without sending a reason why, I'm yanking now. I can't afford to take anymore losses of commission, from programs who can't & or wont be 100% honest.

Hi guys,

It is not up to Rival to pay affiliates. It is the casino operator's responsibility. There are groups such as us and Deckmedia who pay on the first of each month.

If anyone of you is having trouble getting paid, you are welcome to contact me or Rival for assistance.

Thanks all! Have a great weekend.

That's not totally true - I haven't RECEIVED my pay on the first from Deckmedia since May 2011 - it's nearly always in the first 2-3 days though.
You guys usually beat them to it - though I haven't had October's yet: payment has been "processing" since Nov-2nd.

But that's a different kettle of fish - I know for sure that you & DM will always pay ASAP, so that's one thing I know I never have to worry about!

The most important thing for affiliates is 100% trust in the program they work with. Clearly both these programs pay without fuss. It's really not rocket science but still some programs fail to get their collective sh#t together and it's why their partners get upset.

Just spotted that I was paid up-to-date by Crazy Luck (Rival) on Nov-6th.
(The payer was exactly the same as Golden Lady, if any more proof of shared ownership were needed)

I guess this was once more due to Refilliates chasing up Rival on my behalf, so thanks again Dieter! ;)
